The system has to be installed on very short notice and your company was available to install within 24 hours from the initial contact. The sales person, Charles Camato, was knowledgeable and gave clear answers as to what kind of system I required without using any scare tactics. He was available during the installation to talk the technician to get the best coverage for my home. The technician, Andrew White, was very courteous and professional. I booked a move from my current house to my new house. I have been with the company for 5 years.
