TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!…read more I paid almost $1600 for locks from Chess Security (1729 Bayview Ave, Toronto) that needed to be ordered. 2.5 months later, I have not received the door locks nor can the store provide an ETA. The onus has been on me to inquire re: an ETA though the store committed to following up with me twice, but failed to follow through on its promise. On my most recent visit to the store, the locks had not arrived, and the store could not provide any more information. I asked for a refund and the store refused.

I only had the system for about one month and it's not operating properly. We have high end equipment to protect and want to be sure that our system is working properly. We changed from our existing alarm company for 15 years and now we are very disappointed. I've tried so many times and asked that they send a technician and they do not respond. Be careful.Apparently they are associated with Brinks security but Brinks security just tells me I have to contact them because they are one of their partners.
