I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

I wasn't going to argue with him so I called the management of the company. After a mountain of text and phone calls long story short and believe me it's a much longer story....over $5,000.00 worth of damage was done to my vehicle just replacing my windshield The body shop found damage where the installer had cut through or broken parts and he tried to hide or repair it with windshield adhesive... There were adhesive spots all over the hood and fenders it was a mess. Also when the installer put my wiper blades back on my truck two of the blades weren't even for my truck they were so long they hit the roof of my vehicle he didn't even put my own wiper blades back on my truck. I tried to negotiate and be fair I provided two estimates for the damages. I ended up having to go through the insurance company because the windshield company would not go with one of the two repair estimates I provided nor would they provide me with a rental car well my car was being repaired they refused. By the way all this was going on immediately after the death of my mother and they knew that and this went on for months between the windshield repair trying to negotiate and then getting the repairs done. What a nightmare...

Close your eyes and point. We closed our eyes and pointed about 5 times, and got quotes from each. Action Auto Glass came in with the lowest price. For the most part, glass is glass, so the lowest price wins in my book. They come to your car wherever it may be, glass was installed in about 1 1/2 hours. They did a good job.
