I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

Extremely Disappointed with Service at Safelite (Lilburn, GA)…read more I had a very frustrating and costly experience at the Safelite location at 621C Indian Trail Lilburn Rd with a windshield replacement for my 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450. I expected professional service, but instead faced miscommunication, poor installation, and delays that ended up costing me time and money. Aftermarket Glass Surprise: I wasn't informed in advance that aftermarket glass would be used. I only learned this after arriving at my appointment, which is unacceptable--especially for luxury vehicles. Transparency matters. Repeated Delays: My 8:00 a.m. appointment ran until noon due to issues aligning cameras with the aftermarket glass. I was then sent home with an epoxy patch until OEM approval. False Promises: I was later told OEM glass was available--only to show up and be told it wasn't. I had to wait another month for the correct part. Out-of-Pocket Recalibration: Once the OEM glass was finally installed (March 6), the system failed recalibration. I had to go to Mercedes-Benz and pay $300 to fix it myself. Poor Installation: Now I have to return to the dealership again because Safelite didn't reinstall my overhead console correctly--there are visible gaps between the headliner and console. Safelite, please: Be transparent about using aftermarket parts. Ensure glass is physically in-store before booking. Improve your store's internet for customers waiting. Post District/Store Manager contact info so customers can escalate when needed. This whole process was exhausting and disappointing. I expected better from a company recommended by State Farm. ‍

Close your eyes and point. We closed our eyes and pointed about 5 times, and got quotes from each. Action Auto Glass came in with the lowest price. For the most part, glass is glass, so the lowest price wins in my book. They come to your car wherever it may be, glass was installed in about 1 1/2 hours. They did a good job.

1 star cause it made me…read more Don't do it. Went for new door speakers and subwoofer install. (Initially just a sub install) Less than professional install. Everything is wired correctly but the Box doesn't fit in like it's supposed to. Down facing speakers and the speakers sit on the floorboard so the sub is muffled. And that's just the half; they stole over 1k in cash out my truck and still haven't mentioned a word of it going on 4 days since I picked up the truck. I mean silly me for leaving money in MY truck; but guess they needed it more than I did. Paid over 2k for the install btw and then had the audacity to ask me to leave a review; well here yall go lol Pictured below is how I have to rig my shit after basically paying $3k out of pocket #donkeyoftheyear
