Overall repairs ended up taking less time than anticipated, everyone was really nice, the process was super smooth, and, again, my car looks great. I can't recommend them enough. My insurance recommended Gerber. When I contacted them to schedule an assessment appointment, the woman on the phone was very nice. I received a confirmation text of the appointment time as well as a follow-up / reminder text. During the appointment, Larry discussed everything included in the estimate, described the work to be done in detail: how long the repairs would take, detailed cost, insurance process, etc. Really appreciated the time he took in explaining everything, so that I could make an informed decision. After getting approval from my insurance, the rest of the process was just as easy. Scheduled an appointment, received confirmation text, then confirmation phone call that they'd ordered the necessary parts prior to my appointment, and then a reminder text. After dropping off my car I was provided text updates during the process, including a phone call to notify me of when my car would be repaired, and a text confirming when the car was ready for pick up. They even helped me with my rental; they called the rental company when I first arrived to get a pickup, and they took the rental for return when my car was complete. When I arrived to pick up my car, Larry walked me over to show me the repairs and walk me through what had been done in detail. Really appreciate that level of information. Back inside for check-out, which was fast and easy, and I was on my way! Best of all - my car was in amazing shape. Not only was my car clean on the outside, it was cleaned on the inside driver side - you couldn't tell that anyone else had even been in my car, which means they took care it each time they had to move it. Nothing was left in it (like floor covers or anything) - it was just clean. The outside was spotless; they did a great job washing it. It's driving well, which means they did a great job with the rim replacement, tire balance, etc. The paint job is absolutely perfect - can't even tell there was work done. Really appreciated the great service that I received.

The original subwoofers were blown so I had to get 2 used ones they had ($50 x 2) and an extra something that ended up being a cool separate knob to control the bass. Thankfully I caught it in time to quickly clean up the mess with a carpet cleaning product in my home. I will still recommend their services but some attention to detail would improve the service. No excuse for this kind of oversight and sloppiness. EDIT 5/11/18: I'm happy to report that the owner has reached out to me with an offer to fully detail my vehicle after the stains were left during the installation of the window tint. I politely declined as it was no longer necessary but the offer and courtesy itself was impressive to me. The owner also pointed out that this was an isolated incident and it does not fit within their quality standards.
