We needed a full windshield replacement for our 2012 Honda Accord. Based on other positive reviews, my husband arranged a service appointment with Service Plus Auto Glass. The employee answering the phones was very professional and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment time for the technician to come to our home to do the replacement. We were given a service appointment window of 8:30 AM- 12:30 PM. The day of our appointment our technician, Eddie, arrived at 9:45 AM. He promptly got to work and our entire windshield was replaced in one hour. The work was quality, Eddie was friendly and professional, and our vehicle was left clean. He gave us instructions to avoid a car wash (which was fine because it was getting ready to pour down rain that day!) They should change their name to "No Service". Do not believe anything on their website. Needed windshield replaced. Contacted insurance company Thursday. Called Service Plus Thursday afternoon; phone rang and rang no one answered. Called again Friday morning; phone rang and rang; no one answered. Finally, Monday afternoon Lisa called in response to the voice messages. They do not provide mobile service. And they make you go to their shop but do not provide afternoon appointments. I reiterate, "No Service". My insurance company contacted another company who answered the phone right away and when I joined the conference call, I was given a mobile appointment at MY convenience! read more

On our way to visit LSU we noticed in the rental car that there was a small crack in the windsheild. We stopped here. We wanted to have someone inspect the crack before it got worst. A gentleman quickly got out to give a look at the crack. He asked us if this was our car, and we said no, it was a rental car. His first reply and answer was so honest it blew us away. He told us that the crack had been repaired already and told us not to let anyone at the rental car service tell us any different, or make us pay for a whole new windsheild.
