They took my truck right when I got there and explained the different types of tint available. There are a lot of options and he explained them all and let me decide what I wanted. I was out the door in 35 minutes. The tint work is flawless and super fast!! I'm going to go back and get my giant sunroof tinted! They use llumar tint , which is widely considered to be the best stuff out there. They also offer tinting on your windows at your home or business. I'm renovating my house and I am having them come tint my windows that face West. The heat reflection offered by their premium level of tint is truly impressive. They're right there across Vets. from Lakeside mall. They have a really nice showroom for you to wait in. They offer complementary beverages. Pretty nice beverages. We get temperatures in the upper 90s and 100s quite often so there is an urgent need to have protection for the inside of your vehicle. We took my wife's SUV there to get tinted and it was fast, reliable, fair price, and excellent customer service. They explained all the options, didn't try to upsell anything, and had the vehicle done in a good time. They were so good that I'll be bringing my truck there sometime in the next week. They have options to schedule online and I recommend using it, because their slots fill up quickly. Their pricing is reasonable, especially for their high quality of service. My most recent visit was a breeze. I scheduled a windshield replacement and the website said it could be a 2-3 hour wait. I was prepared for it. I arrived on the day of my appointment and checked in. Adam and Leo were the two people I spoke with, during my visit. They gave full disclosures before the serivce. They also verified that what they saw in their system is exactly what I needed. I confirmed and service began. Their waiting room has seating and also refreshments. I peacefully read a novel while waiting. During my visit there was an irate customer who arrived. The customer scheduled their vehicle as a drop off (the website informs you that it will have a super long wait with that option vs the appointment option). The customer must not have read it or cared. The customer was very nasty to the employee, yet the employee stayed professional throughout the whole exchange. I was shocked at the customer and pleased with the employee. Overall this a great business, my service was finished in under 70 minutes (website estimated 2-3 hours). When visiting customers should have understanding that this isn't putting air in tires. These wonderful people are dealing with glass. That is not something that can be rushed or taken lightly.
