They took my truck right when I got there and explained the different types of tint available. There are a lot of options and he explained them all and let me decide what I wanted. I was out the door in 35 minutes. The tint work is flawless and super fast!! I'm going to go back and get my giant sunroof tinted! They use llumar tint , which is widely considered to be the best stuff out there. They also offer tinting on your windows at your home or business. I'm renovating my house and I am having them come tint my windows that face West. The heat reflection offered by their premium level of tint is truly impressive. They're right there across Vets. from Lakeside mall. They have a really nice showroom for you to wait in. They offer complementary beverages. Pretty nice beverages. We get temperatures in the upper 90s and 100s quite often so there is an urgent need to have protection for the inside of your vehicle. I called my insurance company, and they have a group that handles glass repair. My insurance company was able to schedule an appointment with Safelite the next day. Within minutes Safelite sent me a notification text & email with the location & appointment time. When I arrived, I spoke with the service manager, Pete, an exceptional man. He was exceedingly articulate/well spoken, operationally & technically proficient, genuinely friendly, & professional. He checked my front window, and I went form a front window replacement to two rock chip repairs, saving me a $100 deductible and two hours waiting. I also spoke with the technician, Adam, another outstanding employee. His effective communication skills are tops, he explained the operational/technical process, and was done less than a half hour. I had a tech come to my residence to repair a chip in the windshield and when he finished it looked fine but later that day the area had spread larger than the initial damage. I went to the store this morning and was told there was nothing that could be done to the area because it may cause more extensive damage and I understood the explanation however, I was told that WHEN this spreads I'm responsible for the price of a new windshield because Justin didn't do a proper repair on the initial damage. I am posting this because of course I'm pissed because my insurance company paid them for crappy work and then I will eventually have to replace my windshield and we all know a claim will only increase your insurance...
