Got the Pioneer Bluetooth/CD/USB/AUX installed to upgrade my sound system: The customer service was above and beyond, and I have received service here prior, so it was friendly familiar faces, which only made everyone more accommodating and hospitable. They even provided installation the SAME DAY despite being extremely busy, and the price comparison completely fair. They took the time to fit me into their schedule which is more than I can say for "the other guy"... Just before arriving at Tony's: I first went to Best Buy, thinking I'd get a better price. Even made an appointment. Was disappointed by the poor customer service when I showed up to my appointment only to find out that the employee called in, and WAS NOT there. No one notified me in advance, and there were no other local options (except houma -- not local). Aside from the obvious inconvenience, I found the customer service was severely lacking for such a big company. Now here's where I will explain why we should continue to support smaller businesses, and that is exactly what I did. I went to Tony's immediately after, WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, as I'd already been offered a quote with them, but ironically decided on best buy which had backfired. So back I went to Tony's, and redemption was had. I chose to walk home while my car was taken care of, and Tony himself even handed me a gatorade and apologized for not being able to drive me home himself while I waited to have my car serviced as he was the only one working at the time. Came in for a 1pm appointment but two things: the audio tech was not back from lunch (minor thing) and the other tech was held up on a more difficult project that took longer than expected. I think they started on my car closer to 2:45pm (to reattach the wiring from stereo cd head unit to the car harness and make sure everything works). I don't doubt their competency but this felt like a doctor's visit, all the waiting for labs, to see the nurse and then the doctor, and then get the results. It's already 3:35pm and still here. Sigh. Note: I think the tint guys went faster, surpassed by a couple peeps. So sad. read more

NEVER GO HERE! RIP OFFS! Got my brand new Lexus IS f sport tinted here. was suckered into paying $550 for ceramic tint . I think its called winco. the perecentage I chose was 50% on windshield and 40% on sides and back. came to pick up car and they had put 50% all around and told me they think it looks better that way. I said WHAT! that's not what I wanted. looked at the job and it clearly was not professionally done. had edges not covered and cut wrong . not to mention TONS OF TRASH IN IT. Panels was not even wiped down. water stains aren't even coming off with leather cleaner ! I ASK FOR THEM TO JUST TAKE IT OFF AND REFUND MY MONEY AND THEY SAID BUT THE JOB IS DONE. I SAID FIRST OF ALL ITS NOT WHAT I TOLD YALL I WANTED ON THERE AND SECOND IT WAS A BAD JOB AND THIRD OF ALL YOU MESSED UP MY PANELS. read more

I came to this business to just ask for a price to install a sensor. A oriental guy was there around 4:30 5:00 and he was hesitant about telling me a price but finally he said 200 to 350 and I replied 'its to much ' . ' There is a place around my house that charges 150,(but their hours were conflicting with my schedule , after that (when i said the price)t he became extremely rude almost pushing me out the door , he said 'well , go then.' Im happy to report I found a place not very far from there that was 150 (they honored that quote' and they were extremely polite and courteous.
