I was searching for someone to correct two 6" to 8" unsightly worn paint areas on the two upper back quarter panels of my 2010 Mazda. Body and paint shops were giving me painting estimates that would cost more than half the current value of my car. Called up owner as asked if he could just wash my baby - don't do car washes and the touchless still doesn't do justice. Alex was able to fit me no problem in an hour and was finished in about 30 mins or so. It was just want she needed after a few weeks of dirt. They do a fabulous job and the guys take such great care, as if it's their car they are cleaning. Taking pride in one's work is starting to be outdated but not in this shop!! They moved to even a bigger warehouse across the street so it's still under changes. Hoping they have a glass screened in waiting area for clients to wait but all in due time. Alex is the man! I needed a deep cleaning to the interior of my truck and he was able get a quote to me sure quick. He had it for 3hrs and what I got back was a totally different truck. The inside had water stains from being soaked by rain water, wet muddy paws from dogs, drinks being spilled etc. Alex had to go up on the price a bit more than he quoted me for and thats fine. After living on a street that was under construction for months (aka a dirt road) + regular water spills, crumbs, and sand, my car NEEDED to finally get detailed. I choose this spot based on the many 5 star reviews and they were spot on! It's very easy to schedule an appointment by text. Alex is very responsive. I dropped off my car around 10am, he said it would be ready by 4:30 but he texted me a little bit earlier that it was ready. I'm back to finish my review. My entire experience with Dapper Auto Salon was outstanding. They really pampered my car. Alex is a real professional and could give classes on customer service. I honestly can say, that I felt appreciated the entire time my car was being serviced. I was updated along the way via text messages that included pictures. He got back to me promptly when necessary and when he said he would. Everything was on schedule and completed as promised. I was so happy with my vehicle that I brought a second vehicle in for a detail. When I picked the vehicle up the next day, the interior looked as clean as it did when I first purchased. There was not a crumb, piece of lint, or anything. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the car. Came back to get an interior detailing and exterior wash after I neglected the inside of my car during my COVID isolation. Again they offered a fantastic experience and their work was consistently of excellent quality. My interior was dusty and had lots of hand sanitizer residue in various spots. Once the team was done with it, my interior shined like new. My seats looked great. I have weather tech floor mats and they cleaned those thoroughly as well as the floor mats beneath. I couldn't be happier. The staff is also polite and attentive. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment. Professional and exceptional customer service! Alex and his team were very easy to work with during entire wrap process. I will be commuting more and wanted to make sure the paint on my car stays protected. Alex talked me through options and I went with his suggestion for Premium Shield. They got my car into shop quickly and communicated well with me throughout process. I had them detail car to while it was there and was blown away when I went to pick it up. My year old car looked like new! And the wrap looked great! So shiny. However once I left, I found a tiny fleck of dirt under wrap on the hood. I recently purchased my new 2019 Porsche Boxster. I heard about the film protection that Alex provides. At first I wasn't sure if my car really needed this. I decided to go for it and dropped off my Boxster with Alex for him to apply the film and also apply the ceramic coating on top of the film. I took my 8 1/2 year old Lexus to Dapper to have the interior thoroughly cleaned and the leather cleaned and conditioned. The leather interior is beige and was very dirty.
