I actually found Dapper Auto Salon through two different people I didn't know. I was searching for someone to correct two 6" to 8" unsightly worn paint areas on the two upper back quarter panels of my 2010 Mazda. Body and paint shops were giving me painting estimates that would cost more than half the current value of my car. I cannot say enough about the service, professionalism, and care that Alex and his team, which included Hector, took to find and produce a more than reasonably priced solution using color matched vinyl wrap material. Alex and Hector were polite, patient, and answered all my questions. They listened to what I was trying to achieve and didn't push for me to do more than what I wanted done. The work done by all of Dapper Auto Salon's techs was magical! They are customer oriented in service and car care! Dapper is the best kept secret in Jefferson Parish! read more

Called up owner as asked if he could just wash my baby - don't do car washes and the touchless still doesn't do justice. Alex was able to fit me no problem in an hour and was finished in about 30 mins or so. It was just want she needed after a few weeks of dirt. They do a fabulous job and the guys take such great care, as if it's their car they are cleaning. Taking pride in one's work is starting to be outdated but not in this shop!! They moved to even a bigger warehouse across the street so it's still under changes. Hoping they have a glass screened in waiting area for clients to wait but all in due time. Thanks Alex!! read more

Alex is the man! I needed a deep cleaning to the interior of my truck and he was able get a quote to me sure quick. He had it for 3hrs and what I got back was a totally different truck. The inside had water stains from being soaked by rain water, wet muddy paws from dogs, drinks being spilled etc. Alex had to go up on the price a bit more than he quoted me for and thats fine. I was okay with that due to the interior being a train wreck. I know I got what I paid for! My wife's vehicle is next in line and will always bring my vehicles to Alex and his crew. Just a quick history on Alex, he's been in the game for a while now. Prior to starting his own company he worked for other high end detailing shops. The quality of work this company produces is top notch. There's a reason he deals with exotic vehicles as well as everyday typical vehicles. You won't regret coming here! read more

After living on a street that was under construction for months (aka a dirt road) + regular water spills, crumbs, and sand, my car NEEDED to finally get detailed. I choose this spot based on the many 5 star reviews and they were spot on! It's very easy to schedule an appointment by text. Alex is very responsive. I dropped off my car around 10am, he said it would be ready by 4:30 but he texted me a little bit earlier that it was ready. He said they "couldn't get it perfect" but I could hardly notice the spots their team couldn't get out. Door jams, upholstery, little crevices- well worth the money. I wish I had before & after photos. read more

Good goys doing quality work at reasonable prices. No upsells, very happy with the tint.

I'm back to finish my review. My entire experience with Dapper Auto Salon was outstanding. They really pampered my car. Alex is a real professional and could give classes on customer service. I honestly can say, that I felt appreciated the entire time my car was being serviced. I was updated along the way via text messages that included pictures. He got back to me promptly when necessary and when he said he would. Everything was on schedule and completed as promised. I was so happy with my vehicle that I brought a second vehicle in for a detail. When I picked the vehicle up the next day, the interior looked as clean as it did when I first purchased. There was not a crumb, piece of lint, or anything. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the car. I had never really focused on cleaning in the crevices but they showed me what a huge difference it makes. The got my rims so clean that I realized I had not seen the original color in years. Lol!! If you come across this review, stop right here. read more

Extremely easy process. Explained what I wanted. Executed without hesitation. Communication is the key! I requested quotes from other shops with no answer. I dropped off my truck at 8am. Picked it up after work 530pm. Ready to go! Flawless service! I will be back! Thanks guys! read more

Came back to get an interior detailing and exterior wash after I neglected the inside of my car during my COVID isolation. Again they offered a fantastic experience and their work was consistently of excellent quality. My interior was dusty and had lots of hand sanitizer residue in various spots. Once the team was done with it, my interior shined like new. My seats looked great. I have weather tech floor mats and they cleaned those thoroughly as well as the floor mats beneath. I couldn't be happier. The staff is also polite and attentive. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment. They were great at communicating how long I would need to leave my car with them and then were prompt to notify me when my services were completed. I would highly recommend these guys. read more

Professional and exceptional customer service! Alex and his team were very easy to work with during entire wrap process. I will be commuting more and wanted to make sure the paint on my car stays protected. Alex talked me through options and I went with his suggestion for Premium Shield. They got my car into shop quickly and communicated well with me throughout process. I had them detail car to while it was there and was blown away when I went to pick it up. My year old car looked like new! And the wrap looked great! So shiny. However once I left, I found a tiny fleck of dirt under wrap on the hood. I text Alex a picture (attached below) and he graciously offered to rewrap to remove the imperfection. They took care of it quickly and it looks perfect now. I am so impressed, can't say enough good things about how he runs his business. Thanks so much Alex and team for taking such good care of Goal Xero! read more

I recently purchased my new 2019 Porsche Boxster. I heard about the film protection that Alex provides. At first I wasn't sure if my car really needed this. I decided to go for it and dropped off my Boxster with Alex for him to apply the film and also apply the ceramic coating on top of the film. I am so thrilled with this product and the service that Alex provides!! My car looks extra shiny and I can drive around without worrying that rocks kicked up by other cars or other things will scratch my car's paint. I'm very happy and definitely recommend Dapper Auto Salon for anyone with a new or older car for these products and service. 5 Stars for sure! read more

My car looks brand new!! Had my car detailed yesterday after tailgating in a gravel lot. I am super particular about my car and avoid car washes at all cost.
