They have options to schedule online and I recommend using it, because their slots fill up quickly. Their pricing is reasonable, especially for their high quality of service. My most recent visit was a breeze. I scheduled a windshield replacement and the website said it could be a 2-3 hour wait. I was prepared for it. I arrived on the day of my appointment and checked in. Adam and Leo were the two people I spoke with, during my visit. They gave full disclosures before the serivce. They also verified that what they saw in their system is exactly what I needed. I confirmed and service began. Their waiting room has seating and also refreshments. I peacefully read a novel while waiting. During my visit there was an irate customer who arrived. The customer scheduled their vehicle as a drop off (the website informs you that it will have a super long wait with that option vs the appointment option). The customer must not have read it or cared. The customer was very nasty to the employee, yet the employee stayed professional throughout the whole exchange. I was shocked at the customer and pleased with the employee. Overall this a great business, my service was finished in under 70 minutes (website estimated 2-3 hours). When visiting customers should have understanding that this isn't putting air in tires. These wonderful people are dealing with glass. That is not something that can be rushed or taken lightly.

He says, give him an hour or so, okay sure, um you think he's in the lower garden district, glass shards everywhere, you can call a neighbor. Noooooo he'll come to you. I swear it was only 35 minutes and he was at my door to get the keys. Swiftly he got to work. Within the hour, most all of the glass was cleaned up, my new window in, operational and I was up and running again. Taylor sent me an invoice and I was offered several payment options.
