Initially I was going to just chalk it up as a lesson learned.  But after receiving the "Our goal is to always perform the highest quality repair work" letter, I had to respond. The first picture is of my truck before I turned it over to Clean Fleet. The damage was primarily to the hood and front door. Very Disappointing Experience On January 11, 2023 I brought my Lexus GX 460 to Clean Fleet Auto Body to get a quote as I had frontal damage to the grill, hood and one headlight. On February 6, 2023, I received a call from Clean Fleet telling me the parts were in and to bring in my vehicle, which I did on that same day. I felt comfortable taking my vehicle Clean Fleet, as I was a repeat customer. Not anymore! Both the quality of work on the car and the customer service have declined tremendously. They communicated neither with me, nor my insurance company, which caused many delays for approving the parts. I had to beg the receptionist to get someone to call me back. On March 13th I received a call from a service advisor from Lexus of New Orleans inquiring about the loaner vehicle, as they needed it back (5 weeks later), so I gave them the rundown on Clean Fleet Auto Body. I told the Lexus of New Orleans advisor to please stop referring business to Clean Fleet Auto Body, as this had been a most disappointing and painful experience. Finally, when I got my car back, I had to take it to a professional detail company to have the overspray from their paint shop buffed off. I won't ever go back to Clean Fleet. read more

The appraisal never came I left a message for Liam to call he never called or send appraisal....now that is POOR service and if rude before the work hate to see how rude after the work. read more

There are no reviews, so I thought I'd help out. This place is great. Five stars because - - they were all nice and good with the follow-up calls - they were informative - didn't just give the bare minimum but added some good-to-knows - they made the rental car situation seamless - they handled the entire insurance end with literally no hassle for me - this is something I've never experienced before and my car has been damaged and rear-ended in the past - they were prompt and honest - told me when they ordered the wrong part, but adhered to the original quote time anyway - the work is awesome, and they warranty it for the life of the car, which I believe since when I was there, someone was unhappy with the work and there was no pushback from the shop to re-do it - they send a sweet little thank-you card afterwards I don't think I will take my car anywhere else if it gets damaged again. I was referred to them, expecting first class service, but very disappointed. My car required front end bumper repair and when I picked it up, I realized they mismatched the base coat. It was very obvious. I complained and the assistant agreed but said they would blend it in to diminish the difference. I refused the offer. Then unannounced, another "person", offered his recommendation that nothing was wrong. I will definitely sue this operation and I intend to contact the owner -- only problem is that the public records do not reflect who the owner is. Not that I expected anything else. Nice clean environment, but nothing else - just a bunch of con-artists. read more

Just used Clean Fleet for the first time, and was blown away! The customer service was fantastic the minute I walked through the door. They also keep me posted every step along the way through email and phone calls. From insurance approval, to ordering parts, to being sent to paint, to headed to the final wash, I was always in the know. The body work was also incredible, my baby looks like new again! they didn't skip any corners and did the job right the first time! I looks better then i could have imagined. Oh and the inside was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off! Their work also comes with a lifetime warranty to put the icing on the cake. This auto body shop provides the best customer service of any place around town. I was given a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. It was completed ahead of schedule but they kept my car over the weekend since I was unable to pick it up. Not only was my car returned to me with the repair completely, I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh detailed wash it was given and I was given a coupon to get another on them. They were able to complete my repairs under the estimated cost, which had been explained to me as a possibility. Friendly people and terrific work ethic which you don't see much any more. David and Scott took care of a trunk leak that my car had for several years, and twice was failed to be repaired by a local dealership body shop. When I came in to pick up my car, the trunk was repaired and the car had just been washed. I was shown photos of the repairs that were done. The work they did is under warranty for life. And I received a certificate for free car washes for a month at Pelican Point Car Wash. They provided excellent customer service--very engaging folks who take the time to do things right. read more

This place is by far the worst place I have ever brought my car. My vehicle was hit by another one and this being on the list of places I could choose to go to, I did. All I had was a slight fender bender that took 16 days to complete. I was initially told 5 days which then turned into half a month. I had to call continuously to get updated on my car and then given a new date that it would be ready. First Jan 8th, then the 14th then 16th, then 19th and finally on the 20!! My work schedule is not the easiest to just get up and pick up my car, so this was a huge inconvenience. I had family go to pick up my car on the day it was ready only to find out some time between getting painted to pickup someone hit my car with some kind of tool and of course that took a few more days to get my car back. No one seemed to notice my car had new damage except my father. Strange?? Then to top it all off I get a call saying my car would be ready the Monday following, Monday rolls around and at 430 I get another call saying it wont be ready until tomm because the guy who has to fisnish up my car is working on another car and does not want to stop. I wonder how many times my car got put on the back burner for another car? I will make sure I NEVER bring my car here again! I contacted them to get a bumper cover replaced on my 2001 M3. They stated that they don't work on cars more than 10 years old. When asked why I was told the part isn't available. The OEM bumper cover is readily available. And not all body repairs require parts. It's poor policy to redline a car due to age without even looking at the repairs and to state a part is not available when it is. NOTE THE 2001 BUMPER, READILY AVAILABLE, IS THE SAME PART WITH THE SAME PART NUMBER UNTIL 2006, SO THEY CAN GET THE PART FOR A 2006 (LESS THAN 10 YEARS OLD) BUT CAN NOT GET THE EXACT SAME PART FOR A 2001? i want to give no stars but that isn't an option but i would never ever bring my car back nor recommend anyone to bring their car here. My car was involved in an accident where i was hit and they had my car for 3 weeks. it was only a 3 day job, granted the insurance played a minor roll in the delay but the kicker is they switched my rims that were damaged from the rear of the vehicle and put them on the front and claims to not have done such a thing. i know my front rims were never scratched prior to bringing it there. Please inspect your car prior to leaving it. They use old parts and bill your insurance as if they used new parts and multiple sources have told me this and i have witnessed it with my own eyes !! read more

I just used Clean Fleet for the first time and I am at a loss for words. I am not from Louisiana and I needed some major body repairs on my car and I had NO idea where to go. Clean Fleet was recommended to me by a couple Ford dealers. I am in marketing and not having a car is unacceptable for my job. They rushed to get my car done and kept me posted on the repairs every step of the way through email, texts, and phone calls. They were very sensitive to my situation.
