Please note: this review is NOT about the actual quality of their repairs.  It is only about my experience trying to get an estimate, which I'd give a solid 4.5 due to my unusual circumstances. My car has a rain leak, and I know with 100% confidence where it's coming from.  Unfortunately it's one of those scenarios where knowing the problem and actually being able to fix the problem are two different issues.  So before jumping into dramatic DIY repairs, I decided to try to get professional estimates. The catch? I didn't want to take PTO at work to bring my car in. Fradella's was one on a list of shops I ended up calling.  As was expected , I had to go through the circular argument: Them: "You have to bring the car in." Me: " Why?" Them: " So we can see the damage." Me: " The damage is invisible because it's inside the door." Them: " Okay, but you have to bring the car in." And so on. Eventually they agreed that I could email them some pictures and they'd give me an estimate based off that.  I think the person I emailed forgot about it or was out for a little while, because it took a week to get a response.  However I did eventually get an estimate from them without having to bring my car in, and considering how difficult that was with all the places I called, I felt they deserved a good review. read more

I picked up my car from Fradella's today after some minor body work, and I must say, I'm impressed. Everyone at the shop was professional, timely, and kind. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up three days later. Paint job looks great! They even cleaned the inside of my car! Bonus points! I also must mention I got updates on the progress of my car nearly everyday which I very much appreciated! So, I'm back in business without a scratch on my car in sight! Excellent service! They have my business for a lifetime due to there great customer service and body work. They provided service on my 2013 Dodge Avenger where the bumper had fell off. They were able to the place the bumper back on like nothing happened. They went beyond the service by washing my car and shining the tires. read more

A man hit my car and the bumper was dented, the rear tail light was cracked etc. James, who I spoke with at Fradella's helped me, thank goodness the guy who hit me had great insurance. James, inspected my car, I did agree with the work that needed to be done, James called Lyft went to Hertz for a rental, that was Monday by Friday of the same week the repair was complete, the job was beautiful, they explained everything, what to expect, the customer service was great, quality work and I will refer everyone to Fradella's! I've dealt with other body shops in the past, but the customer service at Fradella's is superb! I got into an accident and brought my car to them for an estimate. As I expected, the car was totaled, but the staff here was very friendly and professional and got back to me very quickly. I picked up my jeep from Fradella's yesterday. The repairs to the bumper and lift gate after being rear ended were a perfect match! You would never know the vehicle had been damaged. They finished the job earlier than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are some of the friendliest, most knowledgable folks as well! They gave me great advice about my vehicle that was not even related to the repairs. They also called a rental car company to come pick me up! Fradella's is definitely THE one to take your car to after an accident. The staff is so helpful and understanding, they kept me updated on my car's repairs and completion time. The person (or people) who fixed my car did a thorough review of all of the damage and took the extra time to really ensure there were no hidden surprises later on. Mechanical and cosmetic repairs were both done flawlessly- like it never happened (I have a Volkswagen and they actually repair foreign cars). Fradella's went beyond what was expected returning a car that was CLEANER (inside and out) than it was when it went in! The detailing and wash was a nice touch and just shows their level of customer service. They handled all of the insurance stuff. It was a stress-free, friendly and very positive experience, I would absolutely go back (though hopefully I will never have to) and I would recommend them for sure. read more

Excellent and professional service: completed on time and at a reasonable price. Had a damaged rear bumper repaired in addition to a few dings and dents and a paint job to the roof and hood of my twelve year old car that was perfectly blended with the rest of the car. It looked brand new again. It appeared that they also cleaned and detailed the interior as "lagniappe." This is probably THE best collision center in the New Orleans metro area. read more

Ok so full disclosure, I did not actually have any work done here. The insurance company ended up totaling my vehicle after I had taken it to Fradella's. However, my experience with the Fradellas team was excellent. They were very patient while we waited for the adjuster to inspect the vehicle, and Chelsea was extremely understanding about how emotional we got saying goodbye to our car. I didn't need them this time but if I'm ever looking for body work in the future this will be the first place I go. read more

These people are A-1. They give the kind of service you only hope to get from most businesses. I took my car in to have some damage to the rear end repaired. They did an excellent job in the time frame they gave me. I was prepared to walk home after dropping my car off, but they gave me a ride home and even picked me up later that evening when my car was ready. As if that wasn't enough, I found my car washed and vacuumed. Even the tires had been shined! The cost of the repairs seemed reasonable, as well. I will definitely come back here the next time I need body work. read more
