Honda Accord Touring 2.0 . Amazing job. I am more than pleased. So grateful that I chose this body shop.

I am more than pleased with this amazing establishment. My brand new car unfortunately was in a very bad collision and also just before the accident while doing door dash my rims were damaged due to pothole damage. Scarlet was very helpful, and assured me that everything will be just fine and that my car will be taken great care of and fixed in a timely fashion. Scarlet went above and beyond to make sure that I was updated consistently with the status of my vehicle. Now that I have my car back, I am more than pleased with the finished outcome. Everywhere that I go i am receiving really wonderful compliments on my rims with the new all black rims on my car and just overall receiving compliments on my car all together. I would give this business 10 starts if I could because 5 is just not enough. I totally recommend Fix Dat Dent for any of your body shop or tire/rim needs. You won't regret it. This is by far one of the best experiences I've ever had with dealing with having my car repaired. 10/10

Someone slammed into my parked car over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was parked half-way up on the sidewalk - and still, someone managed to really crunch my driver's side door, while backing up. Fix Dat Dent repaired the dent beyond my greatest expectations. I'm both thrilled and grateful for the excellent work that they did, at a very reasonable price! Seems like a miracle me! I couldn't be more pleased. Great work, Jimmy! Thank you so much!!!

Easy, quick, and priced fair. I would recommend this business! It's hard to find good quality places that specialize in cracked/ bent rims.

It was not surprising to find my tires needed to be replaced, but I ended up getting two new tires and an alignment for a very fair cash price. Pedro gave me an honest assessment of what I needed to have done without pressuring me into a purchase I wasn't ready or able to make. As a woman, there are lots of places that would try to take advantage with scare tactics and assuming you don't know anything about cars, but that's not the vibe here. Everyone is very friendly and I will absolutely be back for my back tires, and the inevitable next flat I get from driving on these crazy LA streets.

Cris Tire charging $165+ per tire (model DH2) that you can order from Amazon for $72 (shipped!) is a bit questionable to begin with. But failing to offer to change out 6-year old TPMS modules as part of the new tire service puts a question mark squarely on this shop's back. Consumers should be warned that the batteries inside tire pressure sensors don't last forever, and just creates another headache (read: money-making opportunity for tire shops) when they go bad. I'm docking Cris an additional star in this review for issuing quotes (for a set of 4 tires) that vary day to day, like it did in our case. There's something suspicious about a place of business that runs the quote up $100 and then agrees to honor the original quote "only if you pay in cash." What?? Nice as they are here, cannot recommend, sorry. I'll stick with my established installers and leave this neighborhood favorite to older folks who don't know the difference. I want to deal with personnel who understand the trade well enough not to give bogus answers to honest questions.

Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

Rim Pro's is a full service automotive wheel shop that specializes in the repair of bent, gouged or…read morescraped aluminum rims for your vehicle. They also do new rim and tire installations, but my review will focus solely on rim repairs. My first rim issue occurred when I carelessly got my car too close to the curb at the entrance of my work's parking garage and scraped the face of my 19" aluminum rims on my Mustang. Needless to say, I was a little miffed but knew the damage was cosmetic and a repair could wait until I scraped together a few bucks for the repair. Fast forward a month or so and I found myself being run off the road by a white dually style pickup truck with Idaho plates while heading north on Elysian Fields Avenue. To avoid the collision, I attempted to negotiate a hard left turn and ended up driving over the neutral ground's (median) curb. Even though I had slowed considerably, the curb impact left all 4 of my rims dented and left a bulging egg in all 4 tires. I immediately replaced the tires and had the wheels balanced. But the dents in the rims were causing a high speed vibration. (No, I'm not gonna say how fast). I reached out to my trustworthy mechanic (Greg Roberts at GT Automotive) and my friend Phil D. at Cottman Transmissions and they both highly recommended I go to Rim Pro's; owned by Kevin Louque. When I walked through the front door, I was enthusiastically greeted by Melissa, who was handling the front office, the telephones and coordinating with the technicians in the service area. I told her they came highly recommended and she introduced me to Brian, who appeared to be the lead technician. Brian was assisted by Austin and Aaron, and the three of them crank out a lot of repairs for such a limited amount of personnel. Since I needed the car to get back and forth to work, I had to get 1 wheel repaired at a time. Brian looked at all 4 rims and was able to straighten out one on the spot, as it only needed straightening and did not need to be resurfaced with their Trump RL-3040 CNC machine. After the rim was straightened, balanced and put back on the car, he took off the second rim and put my spare tire on for me. Rim 2 had to be straightened, CNC machined and clear coated. The next day, rim 2 was put back on and rim 3 removed, straightened and CNC machined. I repeated this process for three straight days and by the end of the week, all of my rims looked just like the day I bought the car. I kid you not when I say that I was astonished, as I did not think the gouges in my rim could be repaired without me being able to see the repair. But the rims look brand new, and the cost to repair a rim was only approximately 1/4 the cost of a new rim. Owner Kevin Louque personally did a walk around of my car with me and treated me like a V.I.P. As soon as I left, I got the car up to speed (No, I'm not gonna say how fast) and discovered that there was no more vibrations as the car felt as smooth as glass. Not only did my rims look great, but more importantly, they were structurally sound and smooth riding. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are in the need of a rim repair. So if you have some curb rash, don't put it off. Go ahead and give the professionals at Rim Pro's a call, and get your wheels looking factory new again.

Even though my rim was unable tonbe repaired, she continued to assist me with locating a replacement. (the repair was unable to be done because of the materials that the rim was made of) Located off of Veterans near WalMart in Kenner, this rim shop is easily accessible & right near the interstate. Pricing is fair; the quote of repairs I was given, had they been able to be done wasnwaaaaaaaaaaaay less than a replacement rim, believe me. Quick turn around time, I dropped the rim off & was informed w/in 2 hours, although attempted, the repair was unsuccessful. Thanks RimPro, that you are!!!!

She added an unauthorized charge (wheel…read morealignment) to my purchase and attempted to justify it by saying that she told me that it was necessary when replacing the cv axles. On my original quote it said they were recommending a 3 year alignment service. Even if it were the case to need it with an axle replacement, it was not explained to me ahead of me picking up my vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and didn't pick it up until the following Friday. A whole week later. When I expressed that she didn't tell me that it was necessary, she continued to say yes she did. There's no way someone who receives so many cars remembers what they said to someone over a week prior. My cousin, who takes her car to this location frequently, said she tried to pull a fast one on her with her vehicle with the same thing. She quickly removed the charge from my balance with me expressing my dissatisfaction which felt strange to do it so quickly if it was indeed a necessary accompaniment and you were so confident that you explained that it was to me. The charge seemed to have changed from the original recommendation of a 3 year alignment for $229.99 to $139.99 and I also noticed she added "suggested to customer" to probably cover herself which was not true at all. Definitely think I would remember someone saying you need this and the price is going to decrease by $100. Her attitude was unreal to say shes one of the faces of the business. The poor level of customer service that I received from her was unacceptable, antagonistic, and unsettling to the point that I felt it was necessary to request to speak to the manager. He expressed to me that they want to do the job right. I expressed to him that good service and doing the job right, but also includes good customer service. Leaving out important information that would inflate my balance and then expecting me to just pay it assuming your goodwill in looking out for what's best for my vehicle is not what I expect at all. Excellence should be the standard when it comes to customer service at any business and I definitely did not receive that with Sarah.

This service station, though, disappointed me for quite a few reasons. I came in to get a tire replaced. Came in around 9:15am and was told my specific tire was not in stock but they could get it from the warehouse. I was told by the salesman that the tire would be there in less than 30 mins. I go to Lowe's across the street to kill some time. I return around 10am and my truck is still not even in the garage bay. There are only two other customer cars at this time. Long story short I had to wait till 11:55am before my tire arrived. A taxi driver brought the tire from the warehouse as I saw the driver bring it inside myself. I wasn't upset about the waiting but I didn't appreciate some of the other employees not being truthful about why it's taking so long for my tire to come from the warehouse on Airline Dr. I was told by two other employees that it was on the way when we all knew that they just didn't have anyone to bring the tire until they got that taxi driver to do so. Just tell me from the beginning it's going to be a few hours to get the tire in and I would wait all day for it if need be. I'm patient. Once my tire arrived it was put on and I was out the door in less than 20 mins. Overall I still love Goodyears but just don't like dishonesty. So probably won't come back here. They offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience of waiting 3 hrs for a 30 min job. I think I'll pass on the free oil change there.
