My car has a rain leak, and I know with 100% confidence where it's coming from.  Unfortunately it's one of those scenarios where knowing the problem and actually being able to fix the problem are two different issues.  So before jumping into dramatic DIY repairs, I decided to try to get professional estimates. The catch? I didn't want to take PTO at work to bring my car in. Fradella's was one on a list of shops I ended up calling.  As was expected , I had to go through the circular argument: Them: "You have to bring the car in." Me: " Why?" Them: " So we can see the damage." Me: " The damage is invisible because it's inside the door." Them: " Okay, but you have to bring the car in." And so on. Eventually they agreed that I could email them some pictures and they'd give me an estimate based off that.  I think the person I emailed forgot about it or was out for a little while, because it took a week to get a response.  However I did eventually get an estimate from them without having to bring my car in, and considering how difficult that was with all the places I called, I felt they deserved a good review.

Communication was excellent. I dropped my car over the weekend so called them Monday morning. They explained the insurance estimate process to me. And everything went smoothly. Seriously, I emailed them with questions and they answered promptly... I can't even get that sort of response time from other offices, much less a mechanic. The car was ready when they told me and they washed and vacuumed it so it looks great!
