Overall repairs ended up taking less time than anticipated, everyone was really nice, the process was super smooth, and, again, my car looks great. I can't recommend them enough. My insurance recommended Gerber. When I contacted them to schedule an assessment appointment, the woman on the phone was very nice. I received a confirmation text of the appointment time as well as a follow-up / reminder text. During the appointment, Larry discussed everything included in the estimate, described the work to be done in detail: how long the repairs would take, detailed cost, insurance process, etc. Really appreciated the time he took in explaining everything, so that I could make an informed decision. After getting approval from my insurance, the rest of the process was just as easy. Scheduled an appointment, received confirmation text, then confirmation phone call that they'd ordered the necessary parts prior to my appointment, and then a reminder text. After dropping off my car I was provided text updates during the process, including a phone call to notify me of when my car would be repaired, and a text confirming when the car was ready for pick up. They even helped me with my rental; they called the rental company when I first arrived to get a pickup, and they took the rental for return when my car was complete. When I arrived to pick up my car, Larry walked me over to show me the repairs and walk me through what had been done in detail. Really appreciate that level of information. Back inside for check-out, which was fast and easy, and I was on my way! Best of all - my car was in amazing shape. Not only was my car clean on the outside, it was cleaned on the inside driver side - you couldn't tell that anyone else had even been in my car, which means they took care it each time they had to move it. Nothing was left in it (like floor covers or anything) - it was just clean. The outside was spotless; they did a great job washing it. It's driving well, which means they did a great job with the rim replacement, tire balance, etc. The paint job is absolutely perfect - can't even tell there was work done. Really appreciated the great service that I received.

When I asked for pricing for a second…read morejob they did not take the information to price a bid, but told me they would send me a text so I could submit the information myself. They never sent me the text, or email, so I called them again and they gave me the same song and dance and I said if they did not help me after their negligent business dealings I would take my business elsewhere. The resentful hag on the otherside of the line put me on hold without another word. I found another business to supply my needs for far less than they were charging.
