Specifically, I really have found that the OEM windshield can be low quality and that the best brand for my specific car is Pilkington. Knowing this, they assured me that they could get that and supported this choice. As the system typically accounts for consumers that simply throw any aftermarket windshield on as an insurance replacement, it can be tricky to work within the system to get the best available option, but this location has done very well with keeping me updated, notifying me of any delays, and making sure that my schedule has minimal interruptions. All jobs that they have done for me have been great with exception to one that did not seal properly, which they resolved without issue. Definitely recommend going in with an understanding with what you want, how your policy works, and accounting for logistical delays. Also recommend doing in the shop instead of mobile, especially during extreme weather like heat or cold to optimize the work environment for the technician. Their mobile jobs are still good though.

Last year, I had my side mirror knocked off and they helped me repair the damage through my auto insurance but they initially installed the wrong mirror onto my vehicle and then replaced it with the correct one a day later. This time around, there were some damages to the front of my vehicle. The accident occurred after Christmas and I was scheduled for a drop-off a couple weeks after my insurance contacted the location that I'd need work done. They called me to schedule the drop-off, which provided seamless customer service. Drop-off was quick and easy as I didn't require a rental. I was quoted 2 weeks for repair time but it was done in little over a week. I went to attempt to pick up my vehicle yesterday and the valet attendant accidentally locked my key in the car and I did not have the spare key on me. The mechanic was attempting to get my car open for a bit and I asked what was happening as a bit of time had passed and was informed of the situation. It was 6°F outside so this may have contributed to their difficulty in unlocking my car. The desk staff offered to compensate for an Uber as I was going to be late for work and compensate my Uber to come pick up my car later that day. I decided to take public transit instead to work and they called me a few minutes once I got on the train that they unlocked my car and would deliver my car to my workplace later within the day instead of having me come pick it up. The owner of the establishment gave me a phone call later that day to apologize for the inconvenience and also stated he'd be dropping my vehicle off for me. I received text notifications upon his arrival and my car had returned to my possession. Glenville Terrace Auto Body never fails to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I appreciate the interior and exterior clean that they provide as well and my car is always looking great after repairs. I will be returning if I need any additional work done to my vehicle as they are the best of the best in the area.

A few years before this, They did work on one of my tires and lost my hubcap, didnt replace it or give me any money for it. I went to Sullivans in Plymouth for decades, they were always good with service, this Sullivans is horrific and will nickle and dime you, lie to you and take you for everything you've got ; just check the other reviews. I am a local and make damn sure to tell people never to go here. They are a stain on the neighborhood.

Refused to provide any kind of quote even when I confirmed I understood it was a different kind of job than a regular windshield replacement. They alternated between "we're too busy" and "it's too much work". Horrible customer service. They don't want your business. Don't waste your time bringing any projects here. P.S. Their front door advertises tinting services; when I inquired about this, he said they don't do tints anymore. The sign would take a few minutes to remove. This is a good indication of the level of professionalism you can expect from Fields Corner Glass.
