I knew of an old family friend nearby, but I also knew that it would be a while before we got our car back, so I started searching the Internet locally and found Precision Collision in Westfield. Impressed by their website and the looks of their shop, I figured they had to be doing something right. I was even more impressed when the Geico damage inspector in Stevens Point knew this fellow by name and said, "oh, yeah, they do great work!". SInce the Sequoia is my wife's car, I was worried about a loaner car as well. Our vehicle was scheduled for work on a specific day, my wife was given a very nice late model VW as a loaner and we were told when the car would be ready. And it was ready, exactly when we were told it would be. And it was done beautifully, and the price was exactly as quoted. All OEM parts were used whenever possible as well. You can't ask for much more than that. Highly recommended.

They offered her a loaner car for a couple hours (glass needs to warm up before repair). As a female, I was taking notice of the utmost respect given to her. I filled out a form on-line, picked a time online to drop my car off at Safelite AutoGlass, returned laler the same day and the glass had been replaced. They even moved my oil change service tag from my broken windshield to the new one. It was a very easy and convenient process. The only reason I give this a 4 instead of 5 is an issue that probably isn't related, but the timing made me question it. Two days later I drove across state and left my vehicle outside for two nights. It snowed. When I went to turn on my wipers (after what I thought was long enough for it to warm up), they would not work. They were stuck and I assumed frozen. I ended up having to take my vehicle into the dealer where they told me the wipers gears were stripped. Again, probably not related to having my windshield replaced but the timing just makes me wonder.

The first time, my appointment was canceled twice. Today, it was canceled again. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. I understand that Safelite can't always control its technicians' availability, but a company this size should have a backup plan in place. Rearranging your schedule only to be canceled on, again and again, is extremely irritating. Until Safelite addresses its scheduling and staffing problems, I can't recommend them.

He removed them and placed it them on the wheel. I asked for my second set as NOLA requires tolls. He didn't notice it but pulled them right off, too. Paid and went on our merrily little way. ~ I appreciate the service. Paul was in my garage looking for me when I expected him to be in his truck on the streets. He was leery if his van would fit but trusted me when I said it would and showed him how tall my truck goes and it still met clearance.
