DUH .I paid bill ,very frustrated with being ripped off. when I went to leave I found a part from under my dash was removed and sitting on my passenger seat full of dirt and debri all over my seat. also drivers door panel was half removed , keeping my door from operating /opening. so all in all I paid them $400 buck to leave with my jeep worse than when I brought it in. then I get an auto text asking about my experience and to call manager, Kurt Beale if I wasn't satisfied . I did ,explained and was told he would call me back. of course , NO CALL. Take your vehicle anywhere but there or you'll be writing a bad review here also. good luck with them and watch your wallet.

We were supposed to be leaving the same day we got the Jeep towed to Baraboo Motors to get home to our dog who became extremely sick while we were gone. My wife and kids were totally concerned we would not be able to head home. I was making a cross country move,…read moreat about 1100 miles into this 500 mile trip my transmission began to fail around 75 miles from Madison,WI, I called Zimbrick Nissan on High Crossing Blvd. I arrived at the extremely busy service department around noon and was kindly greeted by Quinton, he was very friendly and professional, and managed to get my Juke looked at quickly. My transmission needed to be replaced, they arranged for a ride to pick up a rental car. When the work was completed I flew back Madison on a Thursday, they provided a Lyft pick up at the airport. 25 miles from the dealership my car began to act up again, returned to Zimbrick and they immediately began extensive testing on the vehicle. I was in Madison at the dealership Thursday afternoon, and most of the day Friday. During this time I was provided with a Nissan Kick to drive, and Quinton, Cody and Dave the Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They also covered the cost of my hotel! I was so impressed with the integrity, treatment and kindness that was shown to me, as well as observing the courtesy shown to the other customers by Neal, Cody and Quinton, I decided to trade my Juke in and purchased a 2026 Rogue. Dave introduced me to their salesmanBrook Green, who helped me decide on the best Rogue package and financing for me. Apparently, after a visit to a local dealership for a routine check up and oil change about a month and half ago, the dealership failed to assemble my tires securely to my vehicle. That's what the noise was. Holy crap, right?! After the guys told me, they went back, securely fastened the tires to my vehicle and charged me nothing for it!! NOTHING!! I was expecting a ball joint, a wheel bearing, or something else was the issue and was going to cost me a decent amount. How's that for honesty? I know where I'm coming for any future auto issues.
