The two workers, a man and a woman, dropped a very heavy and expensive piece of furniture onto our floor. They also scratched our baseboards, leaving visible damage behind. We thought this was a family-owned business, so we expected more care and professionalism. I contacted company via the web and that pointed me to a part that looked slightly different and claimed it fix. I purchased the product, it fit but not very well. I needed to plumber tape it so it didnt leak. I was going to be going to live with it as it might be the "best" I could get. It was that or replace the entire hand shower. I decided to keep it but send out a email and not expecting much. This is where Cole at Dornbracht America picked up the effort. He too thought the new part would fit and looked at the pictures of the old and new. He took the extra effort to reach out to Dornmbracht factory and trackdown that my hand shower had changed slightly and tracked down the "older" and had it shipped to me no charge. There was no hassle, like return original part to seller, reorder new part, pay for shipping or filling our forms as the part was purchased thru distributors and not directly from Dornbracht. Thanks Cole for the super effort and service and thanks Dornbracht for being a premiere company. Quality cost and I'm glad I used Dornbracht
