We hired Sam and his outstanding crew to repair the bottom third of our driveway and the wood…read moreretaining wall which was rotting. Sam devised an actual drain with a grate which he drained out to the side, this solving the water problem. The stone retaining wall is fantastic (and maintenance free) and was tied into the concrete with rebar which was also laid on main drive before pouring the concrete. His crew was VERY polite and easy to work with and worked as hard as any men I have ever witnessed. The project took about 8 days from start to finish. They came when they agreed to start and didn't leave until the project was 100% done. In these days when it is so hard for a homeowner to find a contractor to do great work at a fair price, it was so fantastic working with Sam and his team. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and I will call them for sure if I ever need such help again. Thanks, Sam!

I am giving 3 stars because my lawn did green up after their treatment. However, I am not giving 5…read morestars because it took them 3 days to complete the treatment. The first day was a hot, sunny day. The man who came aerated my lawn. He told me that he was too tired to do anything else and he was going home. He wanted to be paid even though he had not completed the treatment. I already had a check made out to him for the aeration, as well as the spraying; so I showed it to him and told him that I would give it to him when he completed the work. He was supposed to come back the next day. Next day - no show or phone call. The third day someone came and completed the treatment and accepted payment. I fired them, but someone came at another time to treat my lawn. I told him that they had been fired. I would have continued to work with them except for the old guy who came out first blighted the whole experience.

Granular fertilizer before rain is just fine, of course, but they tried to tell me that the sprayed weed treatment was also okay in the rain. I looked up the product and saw that it is not rain-proof for six hours after application. The company said they would come out and re-apply the weed killer but never did.

The owner was very nice on the phone and today the technician came out for the 1st treatment. He was very friendly and helpful as I walked him around the yard pointing out issues and trouble shots. Wish me luck, they are new to the market but they had their own truck and are knowledgeable and professional based on first impressions.

Brad and his crew have maintained our property weekly, and that consistency alone earned our trust…read more Furthermore, we shared our vision for the front of our home and Brad brought it to life: boxwoods, limelight hydrangeas, loropetalums, hostas, and purple phlox, plus regrading, drainage for two downspouts, and fresh mulch beds throughout. (Plants in photo are young and coverage looks much better after they grow) Brad was very easy to work with and took great care of everything we asked for, including tree stump removal and pine straw coverage around our corner lot. He also took the time to educate us on each plant we chose and how to maintain them. His crew demoed all the old plantings, hauled everything away, and left the place spotless. Communication was great from quote to completion, and our curb appeal completely transformed. Highly recommend Pannone's Lawn Pros to anyone in the Cumming area.
