They explained that certain sink components are difficult to find individually because they typically only come with the sink itself or as part of the original installation kit. Unfortunately, the only way their available options would have worked was if I purchased an entirely new sink. Even though I didn't leave with the part, I appreciated that they pointed me toward another store that might have it and didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. Retail hardware stores and even online, the part I needed wasn't readily available. Everyone had an assembly that required much more work on my part that the job didn't call for. Finally found it at Ferguson's! They were fast and fairly priced. Their retail price is higher than online, as it's based on volume. Very happy they ordered the exact part for me, instead of an entire assembly like hardware stores.
