One of the things I like about this location is how organized it is. Whatever you're looking for it's exactly where it needs to be. No confusion or clutter on the floor. Great prices & you down always score a good discount on party decorations, candy, gift and so much more. The customer service is great. They do have associates on the floor should you have any questions. The pre-teen, and younger kids love this store because they have Disney character trinkets & practical things for them to buy. A new location opened March 2nd. I'll give it some slack for that reason. After visiting Sprouts in…read morethe same plaza a few days earlier; I wasn't surprised how small the store was. The most annoying thing ever about their grand opening was the loud music playing outside in the parking lot. They had a guy on the side walk near the front entrance blasting music . They were also giving away popcorn and and there were high school cheerleaders. They weren't performing when I arrived. Therefore I'm not sure if they were there for the opening celebration. The second thing I noticed is the lack of furniture selection. The Marshall's in Kennesaw has beautiful furniture . There were people everywhere grabbing things as if it were a going out of business sale. Perhaps some people were happy for a Marshall's in the area. It looked like a rummage sale. Everything was in a disarray. I don't like shopping this way. Thankfully I didn't come to shop. I'm an observer first. Overall I wasn't impressed to say the least. As you may be aware Marshall's is the place where items get a second chance at selling. They buy their overstock from manufacturers at a discount. This means you pay less than what the large clothing retailers would sell it for . With this being said, the items aren't plentiful from the start. This location has limited selection than the norm, because the store is very small. It's a cramped shopping plaza with too many shops in the parking lot for it's size lot. I foresee it being one of my least places to shop. Once everything calms down and the hype is over. It will be ok for the residents near by.

I stumbled upon pOpshelf while visiting Bath & Body Works next door and figured I'd check it out…read moreafter passing it a few times before. I didn't really know what to expect but once I walked in, it looked like a Five Below-ish vibe but more mature. The big difference? The prices. There were some really good deals and some items that were a bittt overpriced, not crazy good deals on that end. But there were some particular items that really stood out pricewise and in terms of trend and quality. When I first walked in my eyes immediately went to the pens that were color-coded - so cute! It wasn't even the pens, but the bright way they were displayed and it didn't hurt that they were so many varieties and some classics in there like Pilot pens and gel pens. The clothes they had were so adorable but I wish they were cheaper to make me feel good about spending on more stuff I don't need, lol. Their "Go Sports" pieces were sooo me. They also had a bunch of holiday items up, party goods, cleaning items, so many things that I didn't expect. Cute store!

Interior / Exterior They're located in the parking lot with Target, so finding a convenient parking space can be a bit of a challenge. I went early, so the store was super clean and organized. My neighbors mentioned that it can get disorganized later in the day. Price / Value Everything seems to be mid to excellent quality, priced affordably. Customer Service The cashier was preoccupied with her phone - before, during and after the checkout process - but that seems to be the standard nowadays. Lol. Overall Overall, I like this store. I was told that it was a subsidiary of Bed, Bath & Beyond but based on my general Google reading, I think they're owned by Dollar General. Too lazy to research it though. The only thing I don't love is that every time I find something cute on the website, it's not available for pick-up at this location (or the Powder Springs, Kennesaw and Acworth locations). And shipping isn't available either. I've missed out on a great cast iron pan and some beautiful dinner plates because I didn't have time to drive over an hour to another location.

There is a "cafe" in the rear of the store with complimentary tea, water, and cookies. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient; employees are always friendly here. Merchandise There are brands ranging from low to high end, including a designer section upfront where everything has been vetted as authentic. I do think they should be pickier about some of the brands they take (I saw several Payless and Walmart items) however that is just personal preference. Clothing is arranged by size AND color, and they have a sizable clearance section as well. Verdict! I'll be back!

I pick up a few $1 items that weren't that great of a deal. Here are my thoughts: Pros-The register staff was very nice, she explained their prices and the exceptions. The store was clean and organized. Cons-While the store does have bins, there are a ton of exceptions. I came on $1 day and saw items priced up to $180. I'd estimate 30% of the items were actually $1. The rest were more. The flyer says bin store and more, so it is accurate. I would say still give the store a try. Although the bins stores that I frequent have one price for everything, depending on the day, you may find a good price.

I brought the clothes in bags bc: a) That's all I had. b) I needed enough bags for all of the designer clothes that I was ready to sell. She told me they don't usually accept clothes in plastic bags and to next time place them in something else. I felt so uncomfortable and like I was being chastised. Mind you, I am a grown woman, with a professional job, who owns my home and earns well into the six-figures. It kind of felt like she thought I found the bags off the street. Anyway, I'm actually hoping my items don't sell so I can take them back and sell them somewhere else. The store is in Buckhead, so I'm used to rude people, but bc of my profession I accumulated A LOT of very nice, high-end dresses, purses and shoes (I just finally decided to purge), so I would've done more business with the store, if I was treated better. Kindness goes a long way.
