Some were in bad shape, so we needed to buy replacements and a second visit to get the job fully done. Burt (the owner) personally called me prior to the second visit to get my feedback and ensure I was satisfied. It's rare to get that type of personal service and ownership these days. The job was completed as expected, and I appreciate Sandy Springs locksmith's customer centricity. Well done!

I purchased a safe from Southeastern Safes, and the entire experience has been terrible. Their…read morewebsite stated the safe would ship in just a few days, but it took over two weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it looked like a used or returned item. Inside the box was a loose screw and washer that appeared to have fallen off the door, along with several broken plastic pieces scattered inside the safe. The battery back was missing and no instructions on how to set the combination lock. The door itself had a large scratch with missing paint. For something that's supposed to protect valuables, it arrived looking like damaged merchandise. I contacted Southeastern Safes multiple times by both phone and email, sent photos of the damage, and requested a refund but they completely ignored me. No reply at all. This company sells low-quality safes and provides zero customer service once they've taken your money. Do not buy anything from this company!

They were much more professional than the other dealers, who sounded like they had more important things to do than talk with us. At LD/A-1, the person answering the phone seemed interested in our issue and provided helpful recommendations. Most impressively, LD/A-1 rushed a tech out to us and got the lock installed within *hours* of our call. For a business based in Suwanee, I was surprised they could get to 30309 so quickly! The tech was professional; he got the lock installed quickly yet didn't rush through our service. He gave my husband, who is still raving about the experience, plenty of helpful tips and advice. No lock is a guarantee of safety, but it's our first line of defense, and I feel confident LD/A-1 did a good job.
