Other employees from billing and scheduling were polite, efficient, and explained things very well. The day our 10x20 shed arrived, Cole expertly maneuvered it from the street on to an existing slab, adjusted it, and leveled it. Inside, we can see a note that Adam built our fabulous shed. So maybe their work is ok but organization and responsiveness is not good.
