If I could give a minus rating I would. We ordered master…read morebedroom carpet and master closet. We told them we needed as soon as they could get it in order to put our house on the market. We waited at least a week and they brought a carpet out and installed it but it was defective. Therefore another week passed for the owner to come out to our house to view the defects and make a claim. Then he ordered another carpet, there went another week, once brought out to my house it too was defective. So we had to wait another almost week in order for them to get yet another carpet. After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.
