Ended up feeling ripped off at the end of it all…read more The contract specified floor replacement, walls demo'd and rebuilt, and shower installation. The shower installation was acceptable. Everything else was subpar. The contractor did no drywalling, no baseboards, no caulking of the walls around the replaced floor or the new wall. Granted the contract did not specify finishing, but "replace a floor" and "demo and rebuild a wall" would imply so. I had to find others to do this finishing/drywalling, costing me more. And they did a horrible job on the floor replacement. They said they leveled it, but when you step on the newly installed LVT floor, there are dips all over the place and you feel like you are stepping into holes. Bad. To top it off, they put the washer and dryer back, which covered a 2" gap they missed on the floor. Shifty move there... This company needs to stick to just doing showers. Yeah yeah, I could have fought it and argued and hassled the contractors into doing it right. But I'd rather just move on and fix it myself. IF you hire this company, make damn sure you specify every little thing you expect them to do. Do not trust generalities and "best practices" and expect them to be professional. You will be disappointed. And may I add, the response you see from the company below is BS. It came immediately after posting, which tells me it's some AI junk. How lame. I am not going to waste my time with "Contact customer service and select Option 1" and arguing with your customer service agents. Want to make it right? SEND ME A CHECK for my time and effort in fixing this.

** Aggressive Sales Tactics, Disrespect, and Possible Legal Action**…read more If I could give DaBella zero stars, I would. I am absolutely furious and disgusted by the behavior of the two DaBella sales representatives who visited our home and secured a **$12,000 shower renovation contract** with my husband without my knowledge, participation, or consent. My husband has Parkinson's disease and visible memory-related difficulties. Despite this, the representatives continued pursuing an expensive renovation agreement, even after my husband indicated that he wanted time to think about it. **I repeatedly and firmly demanded that these representatives leave my home. I was visibly angry and made it absolutely clear that I did not want this renovation. THEY IGNORED MY DEMANDS AND STAYED UNTIL THEY SECURED THE DEAL!** The male representative was exceptionally charming, while the female representative behaved in a manner I found outrageously flirtatious toward my husband and increasingly dismissive and disrespectful toward me. Her attitude made me feel as though I had absolutely no importance in my own home. I find these sales tactics deeply disturbing, particularly when dealing with someone who has visible health and memory challenges. **And $12,000 for a shower renovation?** I seriously question both the pricing and the methods used to secure this agreement. My husband has decided to cancel the contract. **I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SUING DABELLA OVER THIS INCIDENT.** I am also preparing to report my experience to Colorado consumer protection authorities. I believe the circumstances surrounding this sale, the representatives' refusal to leave when repeatedly asked, and their treatment of my husband deserve formal investigation. I am not making this statement lightly. I am prepared to seek legal counsel and pursue appropriate legal remedies. I will not simply accept what happened or allow my concerns to be dismissed. I am sharing this experience because other homeowners, especially families with medically vulnerable members, deserve to know what happened in my home. **My advice: Be extremely cautious before inviting DaBella representatives into your home. Never sign a contract under pressure, and carefully review every detail before making a financial commitment.** **DaBella, I expect accountability. I am determined to pursue this matter through every appropriate channel available to me. What happened in my home was unacceptable, and I will not remain silent.**

He felt both genuine and knowledgeable, and that proved out over the quoting process and engagement. While the wait for our windows took a little longer than we had hoped, Mike was really responsive and when the window did arrive installation was scheduled immediately. I'd wholeheartedly work with them again and recommend them to others!

After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

This past Fall, it became apparent that it was time to re-side my house. I had replaced a few…read moreWindows myself , and needed to repair the trim around them. However, a couple of weeks later, a wind storm tore a section of my siding off and deposited it in my front yard, Changing My Scope of work considerably... As with any sizable project, I requested bids from 3 or 4 vendors. I looked at Hardy Board Siding and vinyl. Of all of the Vendors, Don and the Prestige Team came in with a respectable price and a good product that looks good on My house. In fact, they were the quickest to get my price quote to me also. When it came time for installation, they shined. Although it's a one man show, Mark, the installer, was detail oriented and asked for clarification several times on some of the more questionable areas. They even brought theirWindow Guy in and he re-seated the windows I installed because they were inset too far...at no additional cost! In a time of "Let the Buyer Beware", its reassuring To know there are contractors like Prestige products out there!

It was the easiest consultation we ever had. There was no pressure. we did not pay until the job was completely finished and we were satisfied. Easy to work with and kept us in the loop. we had a lot of snow happening while the siding was going up (so much snow). Mark was the technician who did the install. He was fabulous to work with. Mark goes above and beyond!! pleasant and insightful and went the extra mile for our job. I would use this company again. It's rare to find a company that goes the extra mile these days! I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.
