The rules for it are pretty standard; top it off, clean it out when you're done. I borrowed it on a Friday and the male owner, I never caught his name, came by my house at 9am the following Saturday and accused me of lying about filling it up and then proceeded to also accuse me of stealing a dolly, which I didn't even know they had. He does this in front of my wife and 2 children. Being Memorial Day weekend, I had other things on my mind and put off dealing with it. Today, I brought in a print out of my bank statement, that states that I had in fact put money in the tank. Why the tank didn't fill, I don't know, but I gassed until the auto shutoff and took it back. The man offered no apology, until I told him he needed to give one, and even denies the theft accusation. He also continuously cut me off when I tried to explain how inappropriate his actions were and when I yelled "STOP!" he screamed "FUCK YOU!" threatened to call the police. The facility is nice, the lady at the desk is nice, this man is not and I whole heartedly recommend against doing business with them.
