Stains, odors and general yuckieness were a good descriptor of the carpets. From a customer service perspective, they were very easy to schedule and took care of the issue while we were out of state. When we came back, we found that there were still some areas that needed some work, and Tony came out personally and took care of it. Not only Were the carpets incredibly clean after he was done, but most of the odors were gone as well. He was careful to explain to us what some of the issues were, and how to address them, as the steam cleaning just can't get 100% of everything. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. We were very satisfied with his service and are happy to recommend him again.
