Ezra's crew dropped trees, ran a straight, tight fence through incredibly difficult terrain (there's a reason they call Orcas "The Rock), and installed a beautifully crafted gate to the entrance. His prices were not "cheap," but more than fair considering the quality and the quanity of work (8 acres!!). We recently had a very poor experience with a dodgy contractor on the island who rebuilt our deck. Had we thought to hire Ezra, the project would have been done on time and on budget.

It is now the focal point of our street and we constantly have people asking us who built our fence and taking pictures as they walk by. His work ethic, fair pricing, and artistic ability cannot be rivaled. He doesn't normally take on jobs in Seattle, but you can always give it a shot. He is definitely worth the money and you'll own a piece of art that cannot be duplicated.

Mark (and his helper Nick in a follow-up visit) were amazing in helping to tame the unruly,…read morescreeching, squeaking heavy fire-door between my attached garage and house. It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. They were so responsive, professional, and timely...no waiting for 6 weeks, etc. Friendly, honest, customer-oriented service for sure. I highly recommend them. If you have a problem, issue or project, give Mark a call. You won't be disappointed.
