All these five star reviews make sense. I hired him to clean the gutters. I called him, and he came out to see the house next day and gave me an estimate right away. At least one of the downspouts was completely clogged, but he unclogged it and cleaned all the gutters. He did it all with his hands! It's not a big house but it's a two story house. I cannot believe he only charged me $217 (tax included). In fact, I had found an online coupon for cutter cleaning, but I decided not to use it because I thought his quote was so reasonable. Jack is wonderful! He was recommended to me locally via someone on Nextdoor for the Puget neighborhood (which I also highly recommend). I have been looking for some help with lawn care. He was entirely dependable, thoughtful and responsive. He was extremely good about making recommendations to meet my needs and taking a minimalist approach which I requested. Jack has worked on various projects for me for the past 3 years. We've hired him to clear brush along the fenceline behind our large backyard deck and most recently we hired him to dig out and level an area behind our shed so we can store outdoor items there.
