This is a small family run business and Scott, the owner was prompt, pleasant and an all-around professional. He knew so much about glass and was able to give me some great pointers on caring for my windows with tips that I had been overlooking. I actually did not realize how dirty our windows were until he had finished ---apparently the glass had a film built up from having used windex --and once he had cleaned them they looked as good, if not better than the day we got them. Scott applied a very effective, yet environmentally friendly product on the windows and showed me how we could keep them up in between washings. Bright Outlook is a well-run family business and I could not recommend them more highly. I also appreciated how the pricing was fair and straightforward. He gave me a quote based on the number of windows I had and the photos of the work I emailed him, and there were no surprises. The work he did truly gave our home a brighter outlook. It looked like a million bucks and I am looking forward to their next visit.

They coordinated with our neighbors and gain access and did some very creative driving to get the material and equipment where it needed to go. We had many people simply decide that the job was too complicated. But the can-do attitude of Puget Construction Landscape shined through and they got it done. Our hardscaping is beautiful and the quality and detail shine through. It is something we will enjoy for many years to come. Would 100% recommend them. I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. Here is the reason, I started with them. When we moved here in 2021, I called them and 4 of their competitors. LSM and Marrs are the only two that responded. it came down to availability and trust. Trust was from multiple people that I know that gave me a great review and I am really happy i listened to them. Since then, we had them on two additional installs and a couple service calls and they have been consistently top notch. The installs have consisted of mini-splits as well as Heating and Airconditioning units so our experience is not just one type of install. Next will be Gas fireplaces in our home.
