Great Mediterranean food and fantastic service. Their cocktails are wonderful and fresh ingredients. I had a lamb kabob with rice and it was so dang good! read more

Really beautiful restaurant that has food filled with flavor! I was looking forward to our first visit to this place, and it didn't disappoint. The light and decor are great. It's open, but not noisy. We had whipped feta with honey to start. The blend of flavors in this will keep you coming back. I had shakshuka for my main, and it was spicy and rich. I also ordered a side of rice which was rather dry and over cooked. Our table shared a pitcher of blood orange mimosas, and we all passed our dishes around to taste the spices and freshness of every dish. We had great service and can't wait to go back! read more

My fiancé and I decided to try Sadies on a date night before seeing 311 in concert. We absolutely LOVED the food. Best Mediterranean food we've had in Nashville. The octopus was cooked perfectly and the lamb kabobs were delicious. And we had some yummy mocktails to go with it. Daniel, our server was excellent!! We will definitely be coming back here. read more

we met for dinner at Sadie's before a concert. I enjoyed the Mediterranean flavors. The serving sizes are small and it's very expensive for what it is. The lamb kebab is tasty and our girls enjoyed the chicken kebab. The pita bread is nice and soft, not quite as traditional as I expected. The waitress was nice and the service was good. Unfortunately, for the price I would not recommend it. However, the ambience was nice. read more

Enjoyed Sadie's for the first time on Mother's Day. It was excellent. We got a bit of everything but the standouts were to whipped feta and the carrots! Will return. read more

It smelled so incredibly bad that I had to leave. I told them how bad it smelled and they just spritzed Axe body spray near my table. I wish I were joking. It smells like raw sewage. It was coming from the patio. I couldn't finish my meal and had to leave early. I never write reviews but this was exceptionally terrible. read more

Definitely get the whipped feta! The drinks here are pretty good. Be prepared to wait or eat at the bar because it is inexplicably always booked full even when it looks like all the tables inside and outside are barely seated. Love the cozy decor. Service is usually pretty great. My one complaint is the portion sizes for the price. Come for a lovely time but don't come starving and you'll have a nice time! read more

Israeli shrimp salad and a side of hummus was delicious. The service was timely and helpful. Restrooms were clean. I'm coming back here on my next work trip! read more

Sadie's - Israeli Salad Hummus - Mediterranean Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I was in the Edgehill area and came about this place and had to try it for lunch. I had seen it on yelp before and it looked really good. To my delight, it was Very Good. I love mediterranean food and this place did not disappoint. We were promptly greeted and given a table. They do also have a fairly large covered patio area. Our server was Very nice and attentive. There is street parking but you have to get lucky to get a spot. There is a pay parking lot across the street that I found and it was $6.00 an hour ( it may be more on the nights & weekends ) They have plenty of different types of alcoholic beverages and have a good selection of menu items. It is moderately priced. The Kabobs are mid $20.00 dishes. The tzatziki is some of the best I've had. The whipped feta appetizer was one of the best I've had and it's enough for 3 people to share. Everything we had was cooked properly and very flavorful. I will definitely go back as there were other dishes I really want to try. read more

My husband and I had the brunch buffet on Easter today. I did some research to find a good, reasonably priced brunch in Nash and decided to give Sadie's a try! First of all, the interior is STUNNING! Very light, bright, creatively decorated and beautiful! We loved the brunch! There was so much variety and everything looked so good! Favs were the ricotta pancakes with blueberry jam, the whipped ricotta dip (we like ricotta), deviled eggs, frittata, lox and bagel, and much more! There were so many choices! Desserts were top notch also! Beautiful and a great variety. Everything we tried was delish. Baklava and flourless chocolate tart were superb. For $42 you really get your money's worth! We'd definitely like to come back again and try their regular menu. read more

First time going. I ordered the peri peri wings, Moroccan spiced lamb kebab and red sangria. The wings were ok the sauce didn't really have the mango flavor it listed. It was just missing salt and pepper maybe? The blue cheese was good. The lamb was good the rice was really good just a lil salty. So my order got mixed up and they brought out the slovina chicken also, this was really good. I didn't get a pic of the lamb but there's one of the chicken. The sauces(cucumber ,harissa, hummus) that came with the kabob were really good. The sangria was very tasty. My husband ordered the crispy artichokes and falafel with Greek fries. The artichokes were delicious it came with a lemon sauce on top of arugula. The falafel was really good and the bread was seasoned good. Overall everything was really good our waiter was great. We will definitely come back and try other items. read more

Located in the gentrified part of town. I forgot what the prior restaurant was called. The highlight of our dinner was the whipped feta. It's a must. The food was definitely overpriced for such limited options. I will Say that was very filling. The bed of rice lacked flavor and was dry. The meat was cooked fine. Drinks meh. This place does fill up quickly. A great clean option but something is missing. read more

As a Nashville native, I'm always excited to try new restaurants in the area and Sadie's was next! We arrived at 4:15 on Wednesday evening & were told we could only be seated at the bar and their kitchen wouldn't open until 5pm. This was shocking since their posted hours are from 4-9pm. Even more so, the hostess wasn't aware of this until a manager came & told her 'bar only' 30seconds after I walked in and abruptly walked away for the inexperienced hostess to figure out what'e next. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication or even customer service from the Manager. I understand it's a new restaurant and they are still working through nuisances but good communication & kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately, we didn't want to wait the 45mins in the empty restaurant! My advice is better communication, also if the kitchen opens a hour after restaurant hours then disclose that on websites, social media etc. read more

Delicious food. Friendly service and beautiful restaurant. Street parking is a plus in Nashville.

I probably should've taken it as a sign when the manager dropped a glass and it shattered everywhere--some of it hit my leg and actually cut me. It wasn't a huge deal, but still, no apology, no real concern. I had to ask for a bandage myself. Later, he was way more focused on checking in with another customer who dropped her own glass. On a brighter note, the whipped feta and bacon-wrapped dates were amazing--seriously, so good. The fried artichokes though? Came out cold, and our waitress didn't seem to care much when we mentioned it. Overall, some great bites, but the service and vibe definitely missed the mark. read more

We came here for dinner with a party of seven and had an amazing time. The service was wonderful, Garth took great care of us and was attentive start to finish. Our food was excellent, highly recommend the whipped feta (heavenly), the crispy artichokes, and the petal cocktail. Will absolutely be back. read more

Everything was great. The whipped feta was so good and so was my ceaser salad but holy cow was it expensive. I shared both the whipped feta and the Caesar salad thinking it would be good considering we weren't really hungry. The bill was $42 and the salad was smaller than what I would expect for a side salad and the feta only came with 4 pieces of naan. The reason for the three star review is solely because of the ridiculous pricing. read more

This place is so cute and the vibe is perfect! We went on a Sunday night and it was busy but it's easy to get day of reservations (which we did)! To start, I had the blueberry mocktail (delicious) and my friend had the frose (so good - the addition of pomegranate was perfect). For food we got the whipped feta (delicious but could have used a little more salt) and the lamb and chicken kebabs. Both were full of flavor but I did find the lamb to be on the tougher side for my preference. read more

Talk about a gorgeous restaurant with a great chill vibe! You feel right at home at Sadie's and want to stay all day. We enjoyed all the food but those seasoned fries were delish. Of course my mission in life is to find the perfect fry, soooo...... We had a lovely server who smiled nonstop and was easy to engage and make food suggestions. She brought out our mimosas so fast, which was appreciated! We will definitely visit Sadie's again. Next time we're in Nashville. read more

Dishes are DELICIOUS! Everything is so flavorful. I had the artichoke appetizer, along with the Mediterranean salad and potatoes. Insanely small portions. Not worth the money you're spending. Service is okay. The only nice thing about this restaurant is that the inside looks nice, the fries are good but they aren't Greek fries like labeled and the French toast is good. The chicken was very small and pretty dry read more

I'm a sucker for lemon potatoes, so I had to try Sadie's. They were delicious and incredibly flavorful--I could have made a meal out of just the side. The chicken was also super flavorful and beautifully presented. I was seated right away, and the service was unmatched. I'll definitely be back again. read more

Came here for a work dinner and everyone agreed it was one of the best meals they have had in Nashville. The aesthetic was great and the service was above par! Some of the best appetizers were the whipped feta and the Harris's chicken wings. The lamb shank we definitely the star of the show and several of us ordered that as our main. I think dessert wise we would rate the baklava as the top with the flourless chocolate torte coming in second. We will definitely be coming back! read more

Beautiful, bright, modern design and fresh food. Is it tastier than my favorite Middle Eastern place? No. It was also pricier than I would have liked (for example, $26 for the chicken kabob w/cauliflower tabouli - see pic). I would go back if I get a party of 4+ to take advantage of the $23/person brunch. That seemed like a great deal. Service was standard. read more

My boyfriend and I RAVED about this place throughout our entire meal. Our server was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He gave us very good food recommendations and wine pairings. The whipped feta caught my eye and it was outstanding! the flavor was unlike anything I'd ever had and I still think about it, months later. The grilled kabob platter was also very flavorful and tender. Both the lamb and chicken were cooked perfectly and the tsaziki that came with it, was perfect! Also, the rice that came with it was phenomenal. I could not get enough! The greek fries were also a perfect addition to our whipped feta very great suggestion by our server. I probably would've passed on the carrots looking back, but only because everything else was sufficiently filling for my boyfriend and I. They did, however, have a great unique flavor! I would definitely come back to this restaurant if I find myself in Nashville again! read more

Loved Sadie's! The service was spectacular and the food was divine. Always take my friends here when they visit Nash

The best Mediterranean food I've had outside of Greece. The space is beautiful , great vibes and friendly staff.

Had lunch at Sadie's yesterday. The good: the restaurant is really beautiful, and the service is exceptional. Our waitress was really friendly and food came out quickly. The not-so-good: the food wasn't very good unfortunately. The kabobs were dry and not flavorful, the rice was hard and overcooked, the shakshuka had potential but was SO spicy. Even the fries were just average. Maybe we went on an off day because there are so many positive reviews for this place. We might give it another try if in the area again. read more

This place is SO CUTE and the service was really good. I love Mediterranean food and I will say this was a bit different than what I expected. I would say it's a more southern version of Mediterranean food. The hummus was really good but imo the gyro fell a little flat in the flavor department. Atmosphere was great and food was decent, I'm just not in love. read more

Love the ambiance here! Service was just okay - our server seemed in a rush and not super knowledgeable of the food. We asked her what she recommended off the menu, and she highly recommended their salmon special because the "sauce" was "amazing and delicious". When the dish came out; it didn't have sauce, it was definitely more of a broth... it was just okay. Lol Also the price seemed overpriced for the quality of food. Wasn't too impressed or satisfied with anything other than the ambiance. read more

One of our favorite neighborhood gems in Nashville. Food and atmosphere as good as some of the trendier places, but without the packed crowds. For cocktails, Apps before show at the Fisher, or girls night out meal this place really hits the mark. Love the lighting, friendly service and table wear. Catalan Gin and Tonic was memorably refreshing and pretty. Mezzo plate was abundantly delish. Roman Artichokes are so delicious I often consider them for my main so I don't have to share! Salmon Verlasso is my fav entree. Nice wines by the glass too. read more

I've been going to Sadie's for a few years (probably 5 visits at this point) and have been struggling with this review as with each experience, the quality vastly differs. However, in my most recent times dining at Sadies, I feel that the quality has drastically gone downhill, or is at least a bit more hit or miss than it used to be. For starters, the service is always solid and I never have anything bad to say about it. The inside is super cute and very charming. But, when it comes to food and pricing, you are certainly paying a premium for the ambiance when you go to Sadie's. The food is really where I take issue. On my most recent trip, I ordered the whipped feta, hummus, and Panzanella salad for starters. The whipped feta has great flavor and texture but is absolutely covered with edible flowers that are purely for aesthetics and really detract from the quality of the food being both annoying and gross to eat. The hummus, in my opinion, has a really odd flavor to it. While some of my group liked the flavor, a few of us strongly disliked it and I actually thought it tasted somewhat like cigarettes which is super random but it was the only way I could describe it (and I am NOT a smoker). However, the Panzanella salad was yummy! My entree of the chicken kebabs was a fairly decent portion but was primarily rice (however it's really yummy rice). All dishes also come with small pita bread slices which vary in freshness. In the past, I have ordered both salmon and cauliflower for my entrees, both of which I also strongly disliked. The salmon was extremely overcooked and a small portion while the cauliflower was a massive half-head covered in seasoning on the outside but quite mushy and unseasoned on the inside. And just to clarify, all of the dishes I have mentioned are overpriced for size and quality. Overall, Sadie's is a great place for happy hour drinks and cute pictures but I really would not come here for the overpriced and sporadically-quality food. read more
