I didn't like any of the options near me & (let's be honest) I've personally tried a bunch of them in the past, so I resorted to scouring Yelp & thank god because it led me here to Bijoux Macarons & Chef Vincent! .. I ordered 3 boxes of the Celebration Collection (2 to gift & 1 for myself because I couldn't resist). This box comes with one of each flavor offered & I highly suggest going this route if you're a first timer so you can experience everything! prOs.. .. I cannot even begin to describe how delicious these macarons are. The flavors are both complex & familiar. The combinations are so unique. There were flavors I was unsure about, but they surprised the heck outta me. My Favorites: Rose & Grapefruit (the citrus notes were perfection & the rose was very subtle) / Hubs Favorite: Pumpkin Spice (tasted like a pumpkin pie!) .. Chef Vincent was SO FANTASTIC! I DM'd him on IG (@bijouxmacs) with a few questions before ordering & his responded in a timely manner each time. I also had minor requests with my order & he was very kind & accommodating. He even messaged me after my personal box delivered to ensure everything arrived ok. Super sweet. .. I opted to have my order shipped rather than pick up in LA & everything arrived so well packaged. Impressed doesn't even begin to cover it. The gift boxes were BEAUTIFUL & elegant. Definitely gift worthy. There was an ice pack to keep the goods fresh & everything was secured to perfection. .. It took A LOT of self control for me to not devour my entire box upon arrival. I've eaten it with my husband over several days & followed the instructions provided with the package for storage & every macaron tastes just as fresh as if it was created that day. .. I'm so happy she liked them and they arrived right on time. I didn't really read the information about delivery before ordering, so I contacted them to see if I could change to next day shipping. Chef Vincent responded quickly and made it really easy for me to pay the additional fee and make the change after ordering. I really appreciate the staff's timely response, straightforward online ordering, and attention to detail. From the picture my friend sent, the macarons are clearly beautiful and boujee, just as I had hoped. Just amazing. While I know how macarons are made, I personally never opted for them for dessert because I found it's always overly sweet and sugary, especially in the popular LA shops. However, these were phenomenal. I don't think I've ever enjoy 12 macarons in one sitting in less than 20 minutes. My husband ordered the Celebration Gift Box, and my taste buds were literally celebrating the complexities of the current flavors. I've never eaten (more like experienced) a more accurate description of these flavors! Not too sweet, but the right amount of sweet (enough that it allows you to enjoy 12 in a single sitting). I recommend eating these while reading the description to enhance the experience of the flavor profiles. You will not be disappointed. & of course, an added positive element was that this box was safely delivered to my front door! :) Beautiful packaging, lovely gift. Chef Vincent is the one to go to for all your macaron needs! I am never ordering macarons from anyone else. To start, the customer service is beyond excellent. I wanted to bring in some sweet treats for the practice I work for so I placed an order for 2 sets of his 3 macaron boxes. I miscounted the number of people and needed to order another set so I emailed him directly. It was after business hours and I wasn't expecting him to respond but he did! And he added the extra set for me without any issue. Best of all, my orders were ready for pick up in DTLA the very next day. I called him when I was at the location and he brought them down to me in a very nice, sophisticated bag. He labeled each of the boxes with their flavors so I knew what was in them without having to open them. He even took the time to provide me with verbal care instructions for the macarons. Chef Vincent was a pleasure to meet and work with, provided excellent customer service, and creates delicious macarons. Do yourself a favor and order from him. I sure will in the future! read more

Simply the best! On a whim, I bought myself a box of Bijoux Macaron and it was as if I'd been transported to Paris. Earl Grey, Absinthe, Salted Caramel...every single one was delightful. I somehow lost the card with the QR code so I wasn't able to watch Chef Vincent, but I have that to look forward to for next time. Packaging is beautiful. Flawless from start to finish. Ordered the 24pc Signature Collection and they were absolutely delicious. Didn't get to try all of them but did try Rose Gold, Earl Grey (the chocolate filling makes it an interesting combo), lavender and curry madras (really interested curry flavor). The flavors are subtle and the texture was perfect. I was visiting LA and was able to pick them up the day after I ordered. read more

Chief Vincent is very friendly, he does great packaging and really great for gifting. I was a big fan of Lauduree and Bottega Louis Macarons but after eating Chef Vincent's, his is my favorite now. I apologize in advance for the macaron addiction that this review will undoubtedly be responsible for. All other macarons come in second to Bijoux. These are-without a doubt-the best macarons that I have ever eaten. I wouldn't even have ever called myself a huge macaron fan before I tried these little nuggets of ecstasy. Sure I liked macarons, but I never went out of my way to eat them until I saw Bijoux on Instagram. They are slightly larger than an average macaron. The macarons have a slight crunch on the outside that unlocks the almost-gooey softness waiting underneath. Eating these will definitely cause an increase in dopamine in your brain. I actually found it difficult to stop eating them. read more

Those macarons are incredibly delicious! They come in multiple delicate flavors like lavander & earl grey, Rasperry & Lychee, Rose And Grapefruit, Italian pistachio & white chocolate, Madagascar vanilla and lots more. I was used to Laduree Macarons but now I found a new master, I happily switch with Vincent's Bijoux Macarons. THUMBS UP!! read more
