Cotton Candy Mustache.

People, this restaurant goes above and beyond! AND THEN SOME. To make a long story short, I thought they had erroneously added a $40 tab of cocktails on our bill. (I only noticed it when we got home). I spoke to a woman called Dana, and explained it to her over the phone. Over the next 4 days there were a plethora of calls and questions from her that would put any from her, figuring it all out. To my absolute embarassment, I spoke to the other party at our table that night, and they confirmed they had in fact ordered the cocktails, which I had thought was lemonade. Don't laugh. So, when she called back to apologize and offered us large gift vouchers, I very red-faced, confessed it was I who had made the mistake. You know, what? She still offered the gift vouchers! I was gobsmacked. Also, THE DRUNK LADIES ON THE RODEO BULL that night, were a hoot. The 80s and 90s music videos had us party and sing out loud all the lyrics, and the steaks were large and yumilicious. We had the best Thanksgiving dinner in years, and we will be back. Maybe next time, we will be the dunk ladies on the rodeo bull. Ha ha!

This spot and staff have always been so welcoming. They have great bartenders and staff who make your feel right at home. The drinks are well served and the food is good. The cake was on the house as they overheard it was one of our friends birthdays! So glad we had an amazing time as it was their first time ever going to this spot. As for the hubby and I! We will all see ya soon! Thanks again for all the hospitality!

I had to stop by saddle ranch to experience it for myself. I've seen influencers galore post about this place and it was fun to see it in person. It was a little awkward when walking in, it was like they weren't prepared for any guests or they weren't sure how to welcome or seat people. I'm not sure what happened there but I almost left before I even got seated or greeted. Once I sat down, I walked quite a while for a server which felt strange cuz there was barely anyone dining at this time of day. I got a table outside and ordered one of their signature drinks. It was so so tasty. The chicken tenders were TOP notch. Actually so shockingly tasty. The portion was huge so I had leftovers for days. The staff was then incredibly welcoming and over the top nice and chatty. I'm glad I stuck it out to experience this place. I'd totally come back again!

Experience celebrating a birthday here was great!!! I always wanted to go here because of the bull statue up front so it was nice to finally check out the spot. There was a mechanical bull in the middle of the place, with the themed decor and seats. Food here took a while to come out, we waited for a long while honestly but thankfully there's the entertainment of TVs and the people trying out the bull ride (which is $16 to go up on by the way). The bull ride itself seems pretty worth it for videos and photos of the experience but fun fact the birthday celebrants get to ride it for free. We also had a huge cotton candy dessert too. I think reservations are needed here when it's busy season. The food taste here was also okay, not exceptionally great but not bad either. I got the buffalo chicken ranch salad and was super impressed by the large portions!!! Valet parking here for $10. Other than that, it's a pretty lively spot in WeHo!!!

First of all get ready to pay valet $10. Lot is tight and hard to manuever. It is on sunset after all. However, If you wanna go all out cowboy and cowgirl this is the spot! I feel very family oriented, but perhaps it is the time of day that we were there. It seems like it could get rowdy closer to the evening. Throw in the Bull, the drinks, a pool table, sport TVs...yea think it can get delirious late night. Service is superb and so friendly. The menu is huge with heavy fixation on meat. The salad options is decent. Got the apple pecan which was a good portion. The turkey burger was okay. Nothing special. The steak however was good. It was cooked medium rare but there were tougher cooked sides in some areas. The side portion were generous. Definitely a lot to take back. Price wise it seemed quite a lot without alcoholic drinks. I think it's inflation bumping up the cost that was close to $200 with tips for three people. Not a weekly deal spot but a good experience especially watching others brave the bull!

Stopped by this restaurant last night for a quick drink before heading to another venue. Sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and right away we were acknowledged by the friendly staff. Bar tender was nice and let us know what specials they had. Our drinks were made great. This has always been a fun place to visit. I have had the food in the past and it was good. Great place to meet up with friends but also ok for family. Love the theme of the restaurant.

The food was delicious. Wifey got New York, I got the 2 pick combo tri tip and chicken and cream corn. The service was excellent. The Ambiance was fun with the mechanical bull lol. Overall great experience. We recommend Saddle Ranch Chop House.

My daughter and I came here for happy hour drinks as we were a bit early to get into a nearby place that opened at 5. We had our drinks on the large wraparound patio as the inside was reserved for a party. For Happy Hour drinks we shared the Arizona Sunset and Gold Rush. Each drink came with a long straw and was served in a carafe. They were well made and sweet. There is plenty of people watching available at the outdoor area with us being the heart of the Sunset Strip. At one point the manager came around and we told him how we had wanted to see the inside decor but couldn't due to the party reserving the entire place. He came back a bit later with Mexican Candy Shots for everyone on the patio to compensate. That's a classy move. Overall, this place is a lot of fun with great looking food (we had just eaten prior to going here but saw some others getting food nearby) and good deals on drinks for Happy Hour. I definitely want to return here when in the area.

Came here to celebrate a Birthday of this gorgeous supermodel and came upon this place in our search. As we come in we are greeted by a welcoming team and environment, maybe today we had the best management team. Ana and Albert our servers made my Friends birthday extra special and five star service. The manager Monique kept making sure our celebration was up to standards and the food was amazing, fresh ingredients, welcoming environment and top tier hospitality. Today the atmosphere felt peaceful and it's all thanks to Monique's dedication and ability to properly run a restaurant. Furthermore, my supermodel friend enjoyed her experience. Thank you for the great attentive staff. We're already planning out other friends bday here in a few weeks!

No thank you.

Great spot for having steaks in a place that I can best describe as an old western saloon... with a mechanical bull. What? Yes, there's a mechanical bull for anyone who has ever wanted to try it out. For me, no thank you, I'll just watch others fly off that thing. THE FOOD. - Rib-eye Steak. Cooked medium, the rib-eye was crispy charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It comes with roasted vegetables, buttermilk biscuits, moist jalapeño cornbread, and another side of your choosing (we went with fries). Overall, great meal! - Caesar Salad. Caesar dressing was tossed in and we added chicken for extra $. Capers and shaved parmesan added a contrasting flavor of salty umami, but the chicken and romaine lettuce balanced out this dish. Highly recommend. THE DRINKS. - Iced Tea. Straightforward, nothing more to say here. THE PARKING. There's a parking lot on-site. THE RETURN. Yep, I'd come back for another meal. This place is open every day of the year and happy hour is Monday - Friday, 3-6PM. Reservations can be made through OpenTable, but there seemed to be plenty of tables open when we arrived. The wait staff are great and will bring your food out lickety-split.

The vibes and energy were amazing! The servers were so kind, friendly, and attentive. And don't even get me started with the food.. it was AMAZING! Do not come here unless you want to be taken advantage of during happy hour prices…read more I came here before work with the intention of happy hour. It starts at 3PM M-F. I come in at 2:58PM I go to the bar where Mitchell takes my order. I ask for a HOUSE dirty Shirley (a house drink during happy hour cost $7). He goes and makes my order and comes back. At this point it's 3:01PM. He charges me at 3:01PM keep in mind. He puts out the little card reader machine and as he does that, I hand him a $5 bill for tip. I wanted to tip him $5 since I knew my happy hour drink was $7. I tap my card and move on. I sit and I'm drinking my drink and got a notification that I got charged $15.50. As I'm looking at this charge I'm trying to make sense as to how my $7 house drink turned into $15.50. I try to justify it by saying it was tax or maybe he forgot to insert happy hour price since it WAS only one minute after it started. Whatever I don't get upset. At least 3:45PM - I call Mitchell over again and I say "can I please get the happy hour fries (advertised as $9 during HH) as well as another round of my drink (advertised as $7 during HH) that counts as happy hour right?". Mitchell says "Yes". He charges me again - I tap and I tip $18% which said was about $3.50ish. I look at my charges. I was charged $27. At this point I call my partner and I'm asking him to please help me make sense of this. I send him pictures of the menu etc. He says to ask for a receipt. I ask for my receipt for my first and second transaction and Mitchell only hands me the second one. At this point I'm super upset. I look at my receipt. He has charged me full price for my drink but he did give me happy hour price for my fries. I finally work up the courage to call him over and confront him about this. He admits that he made me pay full price for BOTH transactions. He goes over to his coworker asking to help give me a refund and I can read his body language. You could tell that he was a bit embarrassed because he got caught. He hands me a receipt showing that I'm being refunded for the second transaction of $27 and something cents. He said he was going to go check on my first transaction of $15.50 (which should have been no more than $10 with tax since house drinks are $7 during happy hour). At this point I'm making conversation with the guy next to me. Mitchell comes back hands me another receipt (I'm thinking it's the refund for my first happy hour transaction) I thank him, he apologizes and says he forgot to ring me up for happy hour. I just shrug it off but in the back of my head I'm thinking. How can you give me happy hour priced food but ring me up a second time with regular priced drink? Whatever. I continue on with my conversation with the person next to me and leave. As I get to my car I look at both "refund" receipts and notice he gave me two of the same receipts. Acting as if the second one he gave me was for the first transaction I made. Maybe it's my fault for not double checking the second refund receipt. Regardless - these charges were most definitely done on purpose with the intent of overcharging me not once but both times. I will never come here again. Please if you choose to come be aware. This is why I was never asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt. I truly hate writing reviews like these because of an interaction with a staff member. I'm sure the owner wouldn't agree with what happened to me. Pictures is my original and refunded receipt for proof of the second transaction. Again - I never got refunded for the first transaction of $15.50 like I was told.

I ordered the fish tacos and my friend ordered the barbacoa tacos. We shared those. Loved the fish tacos. The barbacoa tacos, not so much. They were really dry. I assumed they would be just as good as the quesadilla but they weren't. That's okay the churros made up for it. They arrived so warm and crispy. The service was pretty good, my one critique was that the waiter brought out dessert before we were completely finished with our entrees. I only made this point because my friend ordered the sorbet and if you recall it was humid so she had to start eating it or it would begin melting. I would probably go back on cooler days because I wasn't a huge fan of the sauna experience. Valet parking is available and the restaurant validates for a cheaper price. There is also metered parking on the streets, which is where I parked.
