The event was great. The staff was informative and attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I was welcomed with some hot tea. Restrooms were clean. What has kept me motivated was the small class size, the motivation from the other members and Gami herself. She has been a great influence in my health and life. Trust me, I have a hard time building a routine or being disciplined, but Gami's classes, especially Boot Camp and BodyPump, have kept me focused and motivated. I am grateful to her and the studio for changing my life. She offers 5 programs, Les Mills BodyPump, HIIT (BootCamp), Zumba, Yoga (taught by Joyce) and PiYo live (taught by Jessica).
