Dale came out and was able to identify each tree by sight, providing insight into the problems the trees were having, the suggested trimming type for the best shade / future growth, and then breaking down our quote per tree and for the total job. Dale said he would arrive between 10-11 am for an estimate. He updated me when he had his GPS and said he would arrive at 1030 and he showed up exactly on time. It's nice to have my time respected and good communication. He knew the name of all my trees and gave good advice on them. He said he would have his estimate to me by the end of the day and he did. We were sad to lose a large established Date Palm but it had rot and we decided to have it removed. The crew showed up and made quick, efficient work of getting the tree down. Dale was the arborist who worked with us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated well. Their bid was much more cost effective compared to the other competitor I looked into, but the quality of work was excellent. I selected this company because of Dale's knowledge of the trees and his guarantee that even though he believed the interior of the tree needed serious thinning (taking about 1/4 to 1/3 of the massive tree which had not been pruned in likely 20 years), it would look fresh and updated without looking chopped. He also cleaned up a tree in the back and removed 4 stumps left by the previous owner.
