What a gem! We wanted to eat somewhere healthy while at our stay in Ciudad Juarez to visit the American Consulate and found this place on yelp. My husband had the limpiador juice with beets, carrots, and cucumber. I had the Frida Kahlo smoothie with orange, strawberry, and mint. Both were good! We each had a small Colima salad. What a unique and wonderful combination! The salad had spinach, romaine, almonds, feta, roasted portabellos, caramelized hibiscus, and a raspberry vinagrette. The caramelized hibiscus was a special treat! The portions were very generous. We shared a medium chicken pizza. The dough was wonderful and was a flat whole wheat crust. It was topped with "Tuscan" sauce, mozzarella, Chihuahua cheese, and feta, red onions, poblano peppers, and chicken. Delicious! The service was friendly as well. The only downside was that they happened to be out of the two menu items I originally wanted, but everything I had was so delicious that I can't complain. We were staying at La Quinta and it takes about 35-40 minutes to walk there on the main roads. One thing I was confused on was that many of the items labeled "vegan" contained dairy products. Since we're not vegan it wasn't a problem, but they need to fix the labels. I hope this place does well because their food is healthy and delicious. The chef even opened the door for us when we left. read more
