I used to like this place but today is the last time I come . I ordered the wet burrito light rice. This is a simple order. They give you complimentary soup . I had asked for a lime and the young waiter forgot my lime. He also forgot my Utensils and I had to flag down the waiter . When I get my burrito the burrito had tons of rice so I ask the waiter if he had made it light rice . He says yes but I show him that there was a lot of rice. I asked if they can replace it . He goes to the cook in the back and there's a long discussion and afterwards the waiter comes to me and says they can't fix the burrito because the tortilla is moist so basically too bad . So I tell them that I'm paying and will never return . They don't offer to Comp me or apologize . Normally when a customer isn't happy smart business is to make sure the customer is happy. WOW! 10/10! We were visiting and drove by this place and saw it was packed so we decided to stop in. It was filled with families and had Mexican music videos playing on TV. The server (I can't remember his name) was so nice and was really working really well on his English and kept apologizing. He asked if we wanted an English menu and got us seated. I've never done a bilingual review before but I will do it for this little gem in Anaheim. The place is called Sabor Chilango. It's pouring rain outside and I just got off work. I was looking for a place to eat some great Mexican food and since I don't live in the area, I checked Yelp for the closest place to me. This place popped up and I immediately craved the enmoladas!! I got here and was greeted by the kindest waiter named Miguel Angel. In short, the food tastes like you are eating at home and your grandma or mom is cooking. I finished all my food and ordered dessert!! The restaurant is very clean and they have a great selection of music playing. I just want to point out though that you can totally tell that Miguel Angel loves his job. I love meeting people in the service industry with his kind of spirit and heart. Despues de la demora el mesero nos toma la orden, "2 menudos, por favor". Diez minutos despues, el mesero regresa y declara que el menudo no estaria listo hasta dentro de dos horas. Yo antes trabajaba en un restaurante. Si abrieamos las puertas a las 10am las meseras y yo llegabamos por lo menos una hora antes para preparar la comida, limpiar y preparar las mesas, y saludar a los clientes hambrientos con una sonrisa. We were greeted as we walked in and taken to our table. We had great service, super friendly staff. They had awesome old Mexican music playing taking me back to when I was a child visiting my grandmother in Mexico. We were served delicious sopa de fideo as soon as we sat down. The food was great. Large portions and wonderful taste. Would recommend to visit if you are looking to teleport to Mexico with the authentic taste they provide.
