It looks like it just opened recently as the interior looks sparse and the lighting is sort of dark (moody). The freezer in the front with the take home products was very frosty so not sure if they were having freezer issues or someone kept it open for a long time. The clerks are very friendly and provided taster cups for their 10 flavours (plus the adjacent flavours can be mixed) while explaining how the self-serve and tasting process works. They felt their product taste better than their competitor's down the street, Menchie's. I chose the lemon and greek yogurt/pomegranate soft serve without adding any of the toppings as they were left uncovered and looked dry. (They did have Ghirardelli syrup and it looked tempting!) My soft serve was very creamy and not too sweet. I wish the lemon was more tart though. The 2 cups we had came out to $7.10 (2 for 1 coupon included) which I thought was a bit more expensive. (I wish I took a picture of our servings as it didn't seem like much.) Nevertheless, we'll probably come back if we're in the plaza.

The Injeolmi bingsoo is probably something that I won't order again. Don't get me wrong, it was not bad. I am just not big on rice cake. The powder on the Injeolmi bingsoo was quite interesting. After 20 minutes she asked the cashier how much longer it would be and the girl replied 'I don't know because there's still others ahead of you, but you can take the cinnamon chimney cake if you want." We didn't want to wait any longer so my friend took the cinnamon chimney cake. These chimney cakes are supposed to be made fresh and we're not sure how long this one was sitting there for. If you keep walking along the lake there's Rocky Point Ice Cream and they sell hot chocolate for $3 rather than $5.75 and there wasn't a lineup when we walked by.
