My…read morehusband and I were visiting last year for his birthday and ordered a pizza here one night and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to just a couple of weeks ago, and we were back in Vancouver to celebrate another special occasion, plus I was running a half marathon. We made reservations via Open Table about 1-2 months before our trip and noted that we were celebrating a special occasion (anniversary). When we arrived, the hostess and our server both made a point to wish us a Happy Anniversary, and even offered us some complimentary flutes of Prosecco! This was unexpected and so thoughtful of them! It was also the night before my half marathon, so I hesitated to drink, but what the heck...why not?! It was a special occasion too after all! (Even so, my hubby drank most of mine haha) We're both plant-based athletes and fitness professionals, so we truly appreciate that they have really good vegan and vegetarian options here. I got the Pomodoro pasta and my husband got the Pesto di Nocciole, plus we ordered the Charred Broccolini to share. Every dish was absolutely perfect and so full of flavor. Definitely enjoyed carbo-loading for my race! A huge thank you and grazie to our server, Gary! He's so kind and welcoming, and we appreciated him making our evening so special!

We didn't realize there was happy hour ending at 6pm. We got the Polpette al forno ( meatball & homemade bread) $7 , Spaghetti bolognese special $29, and finocchiona pizza. The food tasted amazing, and their chili oil is a must The staff were very friendly, made recommendations and gave coloring sheet and crayons for our kiddo. It was very busy and glad we finished within the hour. The Ambiance was busy and cozy. Lots of street parking in the area.

We tried their Wowee Maui Hawaiian pizza (red sauce Red Sauce, house blend cheese, sweetened ham, pineapple, and teriyaki drizzle) and their North Shore Forager (which included white sauce, cheese, mushrooms, garlic, red onion, and truffle oil). I really liked the crust and appreciated that it was cooked to perfection and was not burnt or too floppy. We put some chili flakes and it made it tastier! We also came back another day to buy a large pizza (half Hawaiian and half pepperoni mushroom) and it was also delicious. Did not rate it 5/5 because I've had better pizza but I still found it tasty. The cashier was also very kind and the pizza was prepared quickly.

There's plenty of outdoor sitting as well and would be nice to hangout when there's good weather. Recommended.

Super nice folks! The food was absolutely amazing. This was not only delicious pizza, but it is the best (and only as far as ive seen) genuine iranian style pizza in north-america. Fresh, hot, crispy pizza made to order, with tasty persian malt drinks. Overall wonderful experience. Don't know if the owners read these but truly I cannot thank them enough for letting one last group of customers in at the end of the night. The meal took me back to the meals I've had in iran where I haven't been to in years. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We'd been to Alberello Pizzeria once a few years ago and I remember being super impressed with the pizza there, so when the family decided to go there for dinner again, I knew I would be ordering pizza again. In addition to pizza, I also tried some of the Rucola salad which another member of the family had ordered. The grapefruit in it definitely gave it a pop of colour, and while grapefruit isn't exactly my favourite fruit when it comes to taste, I did enjoy the juiciness of the fruit. I ordered the Grille Pizza which came with marinara sauce, mozzarella, roasted eggplant, roasted red pepper, zucchini, fresh parsley and chili oil. Pretty sure this was the same pizza I had ordered the first time we came to this restaurant. It was super tasty and they did a good job of roasting the vegetables on top. When I eat anything with eggplant on it, I always prefer my eggplant to be cooked until it has become very soft. My daughter however ordered the exact same pizza as me, and for some reason the veggies were not as soft on her pizza; so while I very much enjoyed my food I think this restaurant needs to work a bit on consistency since my daughter's pizza wasn't quite as enjoyable as mine.
