The first 2 times i really enjoyed the food and service, this time with my husband I was so disappointed, it took over 25 minutes for the sausage to arrive and 45 for my pho and my husband's noodles. Pho didn't have much meat like before. It's sad how some business change after they get their amount of clients and don't care about quality. We had lunch at Sabadee today. The restaurant is in a spot that has seen 3 or 4 different businesses come and go in the 6 years that we've lived here. For that reason along with the fact that it was really good, I hope they will be very successful. We usually judge a Thai restaurant by their appetizers, soup, curry, and pad Thai. Today we ordered the crab wonton, fried cabbage roll, and chicken pad Thai. The cabbage rolls were nicely fried with no greasy taste. The vegetables in side were still crispy, not soggy. The dipping sauce was sweet and tangy. The crab wonton came with six in the order. The cream cheese was sweet and the half-moon shaped wrappers were perfectly fried. They came with the same dipping sauce as the cabbage rolls. Another review said the pad Thai was not as sweet as she liked. I agree it is not sweet, but we liked it. The salty peanuts, cilantro, and lime juice added a really fresh taste that I haven't found at the other Thai restaurants in town. I wish I had room for the mango sticky rice dessert. Since Sabadee is on my route home from work, I am sure I'll be stopping for take out dinner this week or next. With an iced tea for my husband, lunch was just over $18 for two apps and an entree. read more

This wasn't our first time coming here. I still definitely like it. However, being Asian myself, I don't know what it is but it seems as though most Asian restaurants I've been to has mediocre customer service. Our server, kept forgetting to bring us basic stuff and we had to ask for it twice (water, chili sauce-- we had to hand him an extra 50 cents to get this, silverware / chopsticks). He was nice about it though once reminded that's why I'm still giving this place a 4 cause of his forgetfulness. I love the sukiyaki and pork fried wonton but I wasn't a fan of the Lao sausage and my pork pad Thai (more tart than what I'm used to). My husband still loves it here so we may come back but for the most part I probably will go to other Asian resto before I go to this one. read more

In Murfreesboro on business and stopped in for lunch. Service was prompt and food was delicious and served piping hot. I had a mango bubble tea and drunken noodles with vegetables which was a $15 lunch. Everything tasted great. I withhold one star for the basic lack of ambiance. The place is in a little strip mall. Parking is a snap and the place is clean and comfortable enough. The ambiance just does not match the quality of the food. The joint could be improved with some quirky personalization. We recently moved to Murfreesboro and have been looking for good places to eat near our new house. We decided to try Sabaidee Cafe out tonight and I'm so glad that we did. The food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the Thai fried rice with tofu and the fresh summer rolls with tofu and peanut sauce. The fried rice was so good as was the summer roll. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. We ordered take out and it took about 45 minutes but it was well worth the wait... I'd rather wait to eat great food than to get my food quickly and have it taste bad. I can tell they take pride in what they make. We will definitely be regulars here. Pretty good food, came here on a Tuesday because my normal spot for pho is closed. I like the way this place is setup, modern inside, looks like a cafe kinda. I got the combo pho, great portion size of the proteins, noodles were perfect, the broth didn't taste like a beef bone broth with the usual spices cooked in but it was still tasty. My husband and myself have been driving to Nashville when we want pho and it was a hassle. Pho is basically a staple food for us, if we go out someplace its very often to get pho, so we needed something closer. His coworkers suggested Sabaidee and we went that Friday. The pho did not disappoint, and the cute, clean environment had lots of happy and attentive staff. It's a homey spot and the food is incredible! We also got Bubble Tea and that was good too, although they were out of tapioca pearls. The pho had a variety of add-ins and it was a huge portion. Definitely making it a regular stop! After putting some soy sauce, Sriracha, and beef flavor in you cannot beat it. One of my favorite spots for a bowl of pho. Lots of good things on the menu that everyone must try. My favorite is the pad krao pow. Very spicy but you choose your level of spicy. As they got more popular, it seems like service has gone down the drain. Went here over the weekend, it took them 30 mins to bring out my husband's order. All he got was dumplings.
