Clean, plenty of parking. My tech spoke no English, only Vietnamese. Chair was worn out on seat and very uncomfortable. No beverage offered despite sign saying beverage is complementary. Staff seemed very tense and there was no smiling. Five customers came in and sat down just before two or three staff went on break. 0 stars if I could. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE Very nice staff but the quality of work is subpar for 9/10 people. But that 1/10 nail does look amazing! I just don't have the time or money to take that chance again! I've been coming to this salon since I arrived back in the country 11 months ago, I had been in Europe for 3 years and hadn't stepped foot into a salon. My first experience was great... ish. They gave me a basic clean design and it lasted a week. Great. It was a full set and I had tips. This time when I go in, a week ago on Sunday with my mom and the entire time the brother and sister working are talking a lot to one another but not a lot to me or my mom. Our water is cold for our pedicures after sitting and waiting so long for nothing except them to come over and start. We decide on no polish on the toes to speed things up. Doesn't help. They finally start on my manicure, and I tell them no tips, I just want my natural nails with shellac and a sparkly french manicure. I pick a color and when he starts to apply it's neon green and I ask if we could try a darker color green, the darkest they bring is still bright green... My nail artist the male, doesn't know how to apply glitter to the top so the sister is talking him through it and correcting him as he does my nails. He is apparently finished and my tips are rough and have very sharp points from the glitter. I ask "can you put another layer of top coat over it for me? It's very rough and I worry it will catch and break off!" They assure me "no top coat, they won't break, they're good." They're not. I leave unhappy and with unfinished, bumpy looking nails, and the next day my nail catches and rips off. The next day it happens again and again until today I am left with 4 nails. My nail beds have been bleeding and these are not tips these are my real nails falling apart. I will NEVER spend my money here again. I am truly disappointed. read more

This place was great a few years ago. Now it's usually empty for a reason. The vibe is weird, everyone is very pushy and rude. It's awkwardly quiet with no music playing so you don't even wanna talk. I stopped getting manis here because they kept hacking up my cuticle and the gel polish would always be uneven. Now I only go for pedicures if my usual place is booked. The pedicures aren't great but for the price it's okay just keep it simple. If you ask for a design you'll definitely be disappointed. There's always good parking and they can always see you right away so it's good if you need something done last minute. Overall I keep this place in mind for emergencies. read more

MY NEW NAIL SALON! Let me start by saying WOW! This place is great! I was referred here by a friend and my service didn't disappoint. I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately. I just knew there would be a long wait because it was Saturday but nope, not even! Peter completed my services: manicure and pedicure! He was very welcoming and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure my service was excellent and it was. The salon is clean and they have TVs around that play a great variety of music selections. The music was one of my favorite parts of the experience. Overall, I was in and out with one hour and not one detail went untouched/missed! I will definitely be back! 5/1/2019: Sooo my nail just randomly broke in half. I will be returning to get this fixed. My nail shouldn't break in 48hrs of being done! I had my nails done by Tylee. She was very sweet and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. She put glitter in the nude and made the French tip the shape that I wanted. The charms fell off the following day, however, I went back to the salon and she instead put acrylic so my charms would stay on free of charge. I came here with my daughter. Raymond did my nails. He was very kind and did an amazing job on my nails. Richard did my daughters nails. Apparently he's the owner and incredibly rude. I ignored it and paid the $140 for both my nails and my daughters. Yup $140!!! I went by again. This time Raymond was off so Nick did my nails. #1 he was rough and hurt me. #2 he kept stopping to talk to the dude sitting next to him. He left pieces of acrylic on my fingers and when I showed the owner (-Richard ) he seemed more annoyed with me then his employee. The picture attached was how my nails were left. This was old red acrylic from my Christmas set. They looked at me like I I had two heads when I said I wasn't happy. It's so unfortunate that Raymond works here. This place is usually pretty okay to go to but today I went to get a full set and the guy that was doing my nails basically ripped off my old set rather than soaking it the right way. Ripping off your nails ruins your nail beds and also cut me several times making me bleed. I don't understand why most nail salons just do dumb stuff like this and expect all this money and tips it's ridiculous. Took my daughters in for a pedicure Lady was nice and so was the nail color but she was very rough and did not do a good job with my pedicure. she cut me several times and would not stop even after I told her that it hurt, as she cut, trimmed, and shapEd my toenails as she removed my cuticles she would dig in too deep causing pain. I really wanted to like this place but I kept having bad experiences. 1) why does it smell like cat pee AND/OR old hamster cage? 2) the employees are just not very courteous 3) first time I went my dipped nails started cracking on the second day! I went back in and they fixed them- but still! 4) Lastly, and the biggest peeve - I brought all my friends here on Saturday and they for us in for mani/pedis. I raved about this place bc my first couple times were great and they have free drinks! However, we got our pedis done together and then they split us all up for the mani part! We couldn't talk to each other and were all sitting alone. WORST PART: I was there another HOUR after all my fitness had left bc my tech didntknow how to put a tip on!!! I asked multiple times if she knew what she was doing and she would nod and say "yes yes...". Her manager had to come over and finish it up for her. I told him all my friends left bc they couldn't wait around anymore for me... he offered $10 off and I left with effed up nails. I was just SO ready to leave!!! I won't be back. Ok first this was the best pedicure of my life. Like normal I got a manicure and pedicure. The chairs were very comfortable and worked, even though it was busy they managed to keep everything clean. Now for services I got a basic manicure and a milk and honey pedicure. On the "menu" it says it's a little long than an hour. And they were right. And they didn't lie it sure was, I would have slept if the Mrs. and I wasn't talking. Ok check this out they poured actual milk in my pedicure water. I also got fresh cut orange and a scrub rubbed on my legs and feet. Also had milk poured on my legs and hot stones, hot wax and hot towels. Man I'm all over the place with it. Because it was so amazing and mind blowing. She massages my legs and feet well. Now do with that part was longer but it was good. If you are in need of a pedicure come here and ask for Bella.
