Highly recommend Frontier Auto Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop in the greater Silverdale area.

I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I will be hiring Aaron again soon for some other projects, he was very easy to work with, and stayed within his estimate which was reasonable to begin with.

With that in mind, we started hearing a thumping noise but couldn't figure out where it was coming from so, decided to take the truck into a mechanic. We called, they said they could look at it right away so, in we went. In cases like this (many documented) tell the tale of dishonest and incompetent mechanics, looking to make fortune of your misfortune. As a consumer, I feel like Diogenes with his lantern looking for a honest man. From the first call to paying the bill, they treated us professionally. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue (after a tire rotation before we left, the company in our hometown did not tighten one of the wheels). They found the issue, repaired it, recorded and sent the video file to me for proof of work. Honesty and competence seem to be in short supply in the current times, Demuner Auto Repair and their employees are an example of what an auto repair facility should be like ...honest and competent. Thanks to all, we appreciate what you did for us. The Adams

If I could give Petersen's Automotive more than five stars, I absolutely would!…read more I recently purchased a used truck, and less than 48 hours later, it overheated and left me without transportation. I had it towed to Petersen's Automotive, and what could have been an incredibly overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of the people there. From the beginning, Eric was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, explain what was happening, and keep me informed throughout the process. When they discovered that the radiator had previously been patched in an attempt to repair a significant crack, they didn't just tell me about it. They provided detailed photographs and written documentation of their findings. As repairs progressed, they continued testing the vehicle and discovered an additional problem rather than simply handing it back to me with an unresolved issue. That attention to detail means everything when you're relying on a vehicle to be safe and dependable. What impressed me most was their honesty, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Eric went far beyond what I would ever expect from an automotive repair shop to make sure I understood the issues and had the documentation I needed to try to get compensation from the dealer. This was an unexpectedly expensive and stressful situation, but not once did I feel dismissed, pressured, or left in the dark. I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right and helping me through a difficult situation. Finding a mechanic you can trust is invaluable. Petersen's Automotive has absolutely earned my trust and my future business. Thank you, Eric and the entire Petersen's team. You have no idea how much your kindness, thoroughness, and dedication meant to me during an incredibly frustrating week. I cannot recommend Petersen's Automotive highly enough!
