Turns out there wasn't a worse place that my puppy could have thrown up in my car. Paul gave it to me straight. Even conference called my insurance with me and kept me informed every step of the way. Not only is he a master of his craft, but also dog lover like myself. My car now smells and looks great! Couldn't recommend Paul more!!

Paul and team did a fantastic job finding the source of intense skunk stink in our car, cleaning it…read moreout, and along the way discovering and fixing some unrelated rodent damage. It was a messy, complex job. Not many people in the Bay will take on a job like this so we really appreciate Paul doing so! I drove the car home today and it's truly as good as new. HIGHLIGHTS In addition to the work we agreed on-which they did well-Paul also threw in a bit extra, doing a bit of bonus body work. He clearly cares and takes great pride in his work. NOTES This kind of work is labor-intensive and it required a lot of investigation-which means it was also quite expensive. We had a bit of sticker-shock in the end. I recommend asking periodically what the total will be because it snuck up on us. (Paul communicates a ton-by text and phone-but more about the details-so you might need to ask him to bring it back up to the big picture, and to get it summarized in a work order with an estimated cost that you can track.) And definitely get insurance looped in from Day One! That said, Paul's also working closely with us to get insurance to reimburse most of the cost. I'll update this review again when the insurance case is closed, and can hopefully add that the cost to us after insurance *wasn't* an arm and a leg (Fingers crossed!) But either way I'm confident that we're lucky to have had a team as caring and knowledgeable get our car back into livable condition. Big thanks to Paul and team for all you did to remediate some thorny animal/hazmat issues with our car!

I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning for a preliminary inspection and was told it would take about 2-3 days to repair a damaged bumper. I was able to bring it back the following Monday morning for repair. The process was super straight forward and they made it very easy to work with AAA. The estimate for the repair was about 1.3k, which felt reasonable considering the inspection and labor they did on the car. I got the car back 1.5 days after dropping it off and am super happy with the results. Understanding that it was just a repaint and not a major repair. My bumper had some other damage unrelated to being hit and they fixed everything and the bumper looks fantastic and brand new. I will definitely be back here for any auto body needs and can't recommend them enough!

But when a business is THIS good, you have to give credit where it's due! First off, a HUGE shoutout to Kai and his entire team at Karry's Collision Center! From beginning to end, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. My Tesla needed quite a bit of work, and they made sure every little detail was taken care of. The quality of their work was amazing, but what really impressed me was the customer service! Kai was absolutely phenomenal! His communication was TOP TIER! He consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process without me ever having to chase him down for answers. He was professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. And let's be real, good communication and customer service are hard to come by these days! It's refreshing to deal with someone who actually follows through, takes pride in their work, and treats customers like they matter. A huge thank you to the entire team behind the scenes as well! Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship did not go unnoticed. What could have been a stressful and frustrating situation turned into such a smooth and pleasant experience. I purchased the Mini factory paint pen thinking I could cover them up by myself but after viewing some online tutorials, I realized that I did not have the proper skills to do this type of correction. The bumper was gouged,…read moremy driver's side front headlight was scratched, and the carbon fiber trim and ultrasonic sensor housing were also damaged. The other driver was found to be 100% at fault and their insurance listed ECC as one of their "preferred" shops. I did some Googling and what sold me were the other reviews plus the fact that this was an Audi certified shop in the city. Dan at intake at their 12th street location was very helpful, guiding me through the initial phases of the insurance claim/taking in my car. Angie was my point person handling my claim once my car was at their actual shop on Napoleon street. She was very responsive and made this all a smooth experience, from updating me on the status of my car (difficult in this COVID-19 pandemic), to helping coordinate with my detailers at OCDetailing in Fremont to replace the custom paint protection film the other driver damaged. Andy at the shop was very accommodating in dialing in my hood striker plate and bumper JUST right. This was pushed out of alignment during the accident and the driver's side hood had a noticeable gap. I'm a little OCD and the initial attempt didn't square the hood to my satisfaction, so Andy brought it back to the work area and dialed it in perfectly. My vehicle wasn't severely damaged (just some scratches on the aforementioned damaged areas), so I (luckily) do not have experience with ECC on major rebuilds. What I can say about their paintwork (which is what we mostly care about, right? For this level of damage at least...) is that my detailing team was very impressed with their paintwork. They specialize in paint protection film and paint correction prior to PPF installs, so they're experts at determining how good a paint job is. ECC's job passed their critical eyes with flying colors. Good customer service is nice and all (ECC's is great), but the paintwork was the most important thing for me, so I am a very happy client. I hope this is my last encounter with ECC, but if my RS5 ever gets damaged in the future, I know exactly who I am going to call first.

Problem was "blind lane assist" short. Advisor shared they would have to remove bumper to assess problem. Difference would either be one day or a few. Did service and then two more different error codes. 16 days later turned out the wire connecting sensor also needed to be replaced. Told it was major corrosion. I find it of that major corrosion wasn't seen when bumper was first removed...or even when replacing dead sensor. The second area of concern was how light the communication. It felt like only time there was movement on completing service was when I called or texted. This is the second time I used this company, but this experience didn't feel like consistent with past service.

Besides being honest, I had a feeling they cared about the safety of the vehicles they were putting back on the road. During the repair my insurance had a few issues that caused delays for payment. Rob was very accommodating in getting the car back to me as soon as possible, even though he didn't get paid for the repair work until weeks later. Rob also took care of a follow-up item regarding a broken mirror from the accident that wasn't obvious during the initial repair -- it was causing whistling noise but was hard to spot. Rob and his team were able to take care of that follow-up in about an hour, and even fully washed my car (again) in the process!
