The first salad was a little bitter, so the Server promptly swapped for a kale side salad which was nice. The breads and meats were standouts for these decadent sandwiches. The Chicago Twinkie is a Jalapeño stuff with cheese and wrapped in bacon! Smoked to perfection! Also deliciously sinful! 10/10!! The beef rib was so tender, nicely smoked, rich, well seasoned, it was fatty and lean. My gosh! So freaking good!! 10/10. We didn't order any sides we were there strictly for the smoked meat and this place did not disappoint! I can't wait until my next visit there! The turkey was dry, while the brisket was decent and had a nice peppery flavor. The sausage was bland, and the sides were just okay. Overall, I didn't have a bad experience, but I also didn't feel the food justified the price or the hype. There are plenty of other places I'd choose before coming back here.

I've been shopping at S&T my whole life and I absolutely love thier food. Their pizza setups and homemade meatball mix and sausage are out of this world. The customer service is great, and their prices cannot be beat. The food is worth any drive and I strongly encourage anyone to go and stock up on your favorite Italian dish.
