I haven't bothered with getting it addressed because the customer service has been abysmal, and have been struggling to schedule the "annual maintenance" of replacing the filters for the past month. First I took off a Wednesday morning from work, and get told that they have to cancel the appointment for that day and the rest of the week because of some operation transition. Then find out this area's technician doesn't work Mondays so I can't have it serviced on a Monday I happen to be off for PTO. No weekends servicing, which really makes the service hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday to Friday, with the latest appointment for 3pm. And all of this has been going back and forth through text message with the office. Every time I call, goes to voicemail. Even trying to schedule an open availability I have for tomorrow, turns out the technician is out for the rest of the week. Is there only 1 puragain technician for Casselberry, or for all of Orlando? Seems that there should be more than one for this area, and perhaps have more accommodating hours for customers, especially given $6000 for the system and $300 for these filters. There's been little effort to accommodate for my schedule after they cancelled on my appointment. Don't know when I'll get these filters replaced as I'm still waiting to here back for a text message about dates I sent an hour ago.

Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. We initially called a plumber who overcharged us and actually made the leak worse (lesson learned). We subsequently decided to call Just Water Treatment Inc. who came out to take a look. The specialist who came out (I think it was the owner) really spent a long time trying to repair and fix our current system before explaining that we did, in fact, need an entire new one because of some irreparable cracks (that I think were caused by the plumber we initially called -_-) . Although that was disappointing to hear, I really appreciated that they obviously made every effort to repair our current one before suggesting we get a new one and clearly articulated why we needed a new one. It definitely did not feel like they were upselling or anything. The specialist went ahead and installed a new reverse osmosis system under the sink and let us know that they can come out yearly to maintain it and change the filters (we signed up for that service as well). This happened back in November and everything has been going smoothly since! We are really happy with the specialist's efforts and service and with our new water filtration system.
