I haven't bothered with getting it addressed because the customer service has been abysmal, and have been struggling to schedule the "annual maintenance" of replacing the filters for the past month. First I took off a Wednesday morning from work, and get told that they have to cancel the appointment for that day and the rest of the week because of some operation transition. Then find out this area's technician doesn't work Mondays so I can't have it serviced on a Monday I happen to be off for PTO. No weekends servicing, which really makes the service hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday to Friday, with the latest appointment for 3pm. And all of this has been going back and forth through text message with the office. Every time I call, goes to voicemail. Even trying to schedule an open availability I have for tomorrow, turns out the technician is out for the rest of the week. Is there only 1 puragain technician for Casselberry, or for all of Orlando? Seems that there should be more than one for this area, and perhaps have more accommodating hours for customers, especially given $6000 for the system and $300 for these filters. There's been little effort to accommodate for my schedule after they cancelled on my appointment. Don't know when I'll get these filters replaced as I'm still waiting to here back for a text message about dates I sent an hour ago.

Since then, we have enjoyed consistent, crystal clear, odor free, iron free perfect great tasting water. We had several presentations and quotes before making our decision, and there were so many factors to consider: transparency, pricing, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment. The minute Cody stepped into our home and started his presentation, my husband and I knew he was the one! While other presentations took over an hour, Cody took maybe 30 minutes. You might ask why? Because Cody knows his stuff! He was knowledgeable, straightforward, professional, and genuinely confident in what he offers. As the owner, his experience speaks for itself, and his amazing reviews certainly live up to the reputation. One of the biggest selling points was the reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink without having to drill a hole into our kitchen island. That was a HUGE plus! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with. They worked together so seamlessly that they made the entire installation look effortless. And let's talk about the attention to detail! The way they neatly routed and covered the electrical cord from the tanks to the outlet in our garage was so clean and professional that it looked like part of the wall. Okay, I think our water filtration tanks might be prettier than yours! Cody was there from beginning to end, making sure everything was installed properly and remaining available to answer any questions or address any concerns. That level of involvement and commitment truly sets this company apart. Truly top-notch service from beginning to end! We couldn't be happier with our decision and highly recommend 3Waters to anyone considering a water filtration and softening system for their home. Thank you, Cody and the entire team, for such a wonderful experience!

I've always liked to support small business so I decided to call to have a water softener installed. He came out and installed the system, charged me 3200 dollars for It. Didn't mind as long as it worked and did the job. Complete FAIL. I have yet to notice any difference in my water. I've tested to water several times with the Home Depot kits and water hasn't changed one bit. I called this guy but to come take a look at the system several times. He either evades my calls or when he did finally answer he promised to come by and check on the system but didn't show up as promised. Fast forward a few months later I call again and he actually shows up and tried to tell me that the system is "broken" but he'll fix it but wanted to charge me!!!! Broken?!?!? I paid 3200 dollars for it to just be broken? There is no way I was going to spend another dime on this system. This has been the biggest hassle and waste of money. This guy is a complete SCAM.
