Over priced, DO NOT back their 5 year warranty. They installed a "new pump" that stopped working days later. That day I was attacked by a dog and I called 5 times to get service so I could wash my wounds and they never responded. The "brand new" pump started rusting within weeks and previous stickers were painted over and started falling off. I literally had to call the manufacturer to get the problems fixed because they refused to fix them. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

Set up an appointment with this guy yesterday. Got off work an hour early to pick up my kids and get home in time for him to be there as He said between 4-6. We called at 5:15 to get his ETA to further plan the evening with sports and homework of course, we had to call a few times to finally hear back from him to tell us he wouldn't make it out today. Then proceeded to ask what type of business we are in because he guesses we don't understand customer service. Please know we have owned a very successful business for years and understand customer service quite well. A courtesy call would have be great in this situation. Pretty sad when you have to turn a situation around on the customer and blame them for your wrong doing. I'm hoping they call back and make it right. read more

My father used this service for many years before his death. So when I had a water problem I called them. They came to my home 3 or 4 years ago to fix my well, which had quit delivering water. They charged $675 and replaced pipes and back flushed the well, which only cleans the inner casing. Several months later the well quit working again. I call him back and called several other well services. He told me about $2500 to fix. I told him I would get back to him. He asked me if I was shopping well service and I said yes. He told me that if I was doing that he was not interested. Who shops for a high priced product with out checking around??? I found All water Well Service in Leesburg. They are a family service that came out and acid washed the outer casing and have had great water ever since. Yes It cost about $1500 But it was worth it. read more

Our well pump stopped working, it was 8pm on a Friday night and my usual well service company only provides after hour service for their clients with contracts (I only found this out after I called their office.) I live on a farm and need water for my livestock. I found Mr. Pump, called, they called me back within 5 minutes, and they came out first thing Saturday morning. Our well is over 50 years old and we knew at some time we would need to replace the internal and external workings, which was the case. Had a problem with well at my home in eustis. Called them after 4 pm and they came that same day. Replaced pressure control switch and control box. Stayed till after dark to finish. Water working. Was told at that time that pump is on its way out. 3 weeks later pump went out around 7pm. They were here first thing next morning to replace pump. price to replace was very reasonable. Its Saturday....8am.....pouring rain but NO RUNNING WATER! No one must work on the weekend because nobody was answering their phones at any of the 8 plumbers I called, Until - I called Mr. Pump. Thew women was friendly, sympathetic to my plight and paged the tech with an ASAP call back request. He called within 10 minutes and said he would be out before Noon.....and at 10:22am he was at our front gate. 35 minutes and some $$$ later we have a new water tank and Running water. woke up in the morning with no water. i didn't know what it was and thought our well water pump stopped working. went out to check the breaker-fine, pressure in tank-fine but couldn't tell if controller and switch work since i am not expert in electric and may get electric shock if touching wrong thing. i turned breaker inside off to mass with it a bit but not sure how it works. neighbors came by to check it out but they too couldn't figure out. so he suggested Mr. Pump. i called Mr. Pump that evening but they were so busy so they couldn't come until the next morning. Mr. Marvin and his wife Dawn knocked on our door right after 8. they went straight to the pump and started working. they knew what's wrong with it and knew what's needed to fix the issue. it only took them less than 10 minutes to remove an old controller, replacing it with a new one. boom water out!!! great work Ms. Dawn and Mr. Marvin!!! i'd give them ten plus rating if there is ten. your number was given to me by the neighbor who you fixed his pump. keep up your great and honest work for our community! thank you for getting us back with water. read more
