BEST WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR LOCAL WELLS!!!!…read more I am a hardcore Yelper for many years I rip them down or build them up based on my experience. Check out my other brutal reviews! This review is going to be gushing! 1=Poor to 5=Best Experience: 5 "I give a 10 if my scale had it, lol" Product: 5 Knowledge: 5 Personable: 5 Timely: 5 Value: 5 "True to the price after install: 5 Exactly as quoted" Schedule install: 5 actually finished in two days quoted 3 wow! Overall satisfaction: 5 "I will recommend this company to anyone who wants the best at an honest price!" It's so hard finding anyone trustworthy these days or who does exactly what they say they will. My Experience: I had a newer Pelican Water filtration system that came with my home purchase. It basically sucked. The water was super hard and stinky. I started my research on water filtration systems for wells and learned it's very different than ones for city water which my Pelican was made for, not the well it was on. I contacted the best of the best and got eye-popping crazy high prices and lots of water tests from all of them. Then Mr. Patterson came buy took a hard look at my current system, tested the water, and flexed his awesome knowledge on local well water "Brilliant!!!!" I learned two things that day. 1: Knowing the local water is a must and this guy has been here doing this for decades! 2: He explained the problem and how to fix it and guaranteed my satisfaction. He gave me a couple of options and then said this is the one I have in my home and it's the water my grandkids drink. It was the most reasonable priced not only for him but compared to all the others also by far! They installed it a couple of weeks ago and I am over the moon satisfied! It is the freshest smelling and tasting I have ever had. Also, the water softness is perfect on testing and it feels wonderful. In fact, my soap now lathers like whip cream practically, lol. I am completely satisfied

However compared to other companies pricing they are a "rip off" I've used them a couple times always saving my invoices and they do not whatsoever honoring their pricing. Just to come out and look at the problem its $95 or sometimes $150 when I asked why the variation in price the guy just responded " thats the price always" without any explanation when I clearly have the invoices to prove that it has not always been that price. The most recent time I used them (this year) they said $95 to come look at the problem and if its something simple no extra charge. They came and told me me it was "dead" connected some wires "jumped" it the process took less then 5 minutes again to be fair by no means am I water pump expert but but for that service I paid over $300 when I've paid far less for other services that took triple the time by this same company.
