Pretending to be waiting for 4 days on extended warranty company answer but that company shows they waited 4 days to call in repair request. Why the need to lie? Missed 3 drop dead deadlines I need to have that car back for medical appts. Friend drove me over to the shop to check on the car, they thought that night or next business day. Nope. Did not discuss how to repair new problem they say they found, need for new catalytic converter. Arguing with parts company that sent wrong part to determine who is at fault but not getting the part or keeping me informed. Customer since about 2016 and they have repaired 100 cars ahead of mine in the second half of July. Would you trust them or risk them doing this to you, randomly?

Hyundai service basically wanted to replace the entire unit to the tune of about $4K. Asked Tim and Wayne of Saville's to have a look to see if they could figure it out. After determining system was fully charged and not leaking, they diagnosed that it was a bad blower resistor. After a run-around from the Hyundai dealer in getting the resistor, Wayne found another source for the part. They installed and the A/C has been working perfectly for the past month...and the bill was less than $1K! These guys have gotten an A+ from me in the past for not only their knowledge, but more importantly my trust in their work and guidance. They've never given me any indication that they're feeding me a line of BS or trying to upsell me, and they always keep me in the loop with anything they encounter. They've definitely earned my future business and my highest recommendation!

I lost the paperwork so they said they had to verify what i was telling them with there computer. it took them 45 min to come with the same conclusion and they charged me 62.00. and the boss pretty much called me a liar and we got into an argument cause they said the emissions test couldn't tell me that much info. Then i said how would i know then. I paid the 62.00 even though i didn't want to and declined they repair services. I do not recommend this auto repair. they are moving there location soon to off of route 40. beware and double check there pricing if you do go. hopefully this helps someone else from getting over charged.

If I had been informed, I could have decided whether to move forward with the repair. Instead, I was put in a position where I had no choice but to pay in order to get my car back. On top of that, after looking up the cost of the parts, it appears they mark them up by at least 40%. Proceed with caution. People don't write bad reviews for absolutely no reason.
