Personable and good customer service, it was damn expensive though.

Eric is extremely personable and solicitous, and helped me over the phone to feel better about having to put another alternator in my car. I KNEW positively that my car was dead because of the alternator, but I had a new alternator put in EXACTLY 1 year ago by Meineke of Waterbury (Meineke ripped me off TWICE; don't go there!). I feel confident that with Durable, with their 24 month warranty, this won't be happening to me again a year from now. Hopefully I'll have a new car before then anyway. So all in all, I feel really good about having Durable fix my car: having peace of mind and trust is everything to me. I'll be going back to these guys again for all of my car needs, and highly recommend this company to anyone reading this. Thank you, Durable!

They truly went above and beyond when my Chrysler 200 wouldn't start. Eric came to my home to jump it, and when that didn't work, he and his associate even pushed the car out of my garage to make it easier for AAA to tow. The next day, they picked up the Cadillac, gave me a clear and honest quote for the brake repair, and thoroughly explained other items I should monitor and address in the future. They also printed out the recall information for the vehicle and, knowing we're new to the area and still learning the local roads, arranged for me to have the recall work done at a convenient nearby location. When I went to pick up the vehicles, both were ready at the same time and I was there alone. Eric immediately offered for one of his office staff to drive one of the cars to my home while I followed with the other and brought her back. The level of care and thoughtfulness made me feel like part of the family. It's so refreshing to find a family-owned business that genuinely values its customers and shows it in every interaction. The Quiet Zone has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I could never go anywhere else for my vehicle service needs. Highly recommend -- give them a try and you'll see the difference for yourself. Thank you to Eric and everyone at The Quiet Zone!
